It really needs a thorough clean and some TLC.. Floor rug in living area was filthy, grubby around shower doors and hinges, skirting boards were dirty, mould on inside of one high window, massive crack in architrave and door frame. Layer of dust about 1cm thick on phone in master bedroom. Dust and lint stuck to walls and door in laundry from drier use. Dishwasher had cutlery still in it when we arrived, about 2 teaspoons of laundry liquid and 4 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 7 days. Yes we got it at 50% discount, but it was disappointing.that it wasn't at the bare minimum clean. If it were clean it would have been great.

Apartment had plenty of space and beds were comfortable. Great view, lovely balcony.

The single bed in the double bedroom didn't leave enough room to place a suitcase in the room. Luckily, it was only a single person in the room, so I placed it on the single bed, Oven was preheating, and it smoked the oven out, smoke alarm went off.

There was quite a bad stench coming in the apartment possibly from the AC. Just something that needs to be addressed but other than that.

The check in procedure. If we can't check in with in the office hour to take the keys and paid deposit, they ask us to take picture of our credit card front and back and they will charge the deposit. This is not safe, they should be able to figurout a safer way to pay online rather than asking for our credit card photos.

Very nice spacious apartment with a great view of the ocean in a central location with lots of restaurants, supermarket and shopping just a few steps away. Apartments come with a well-equipped kitchen, and the bed is very comfortable it's just that the exhaust is not working so we have to open windows when we cook.

No TV and we were not told this. No housekeeping at all. Washing Machine kept breaking down. freezer dirty. Couch old with broken arm and very uncomfortable

There was a lift out for the first few days so there was a wait often. The old doctor pools weren’t heated, which is ok, but the indoor pool and spa weren’t clean enough later in the day.

Great location and good value for money. Very central, complimentary parking in the CbD was great.

Car parking signage poor as there is 1 carpark to both Hilton buildings, but we got there in the end by asking a fellow guest. Was frustrated I couldn't vacuum as the vacuum cleaner was so blocked with human hair and other items I couldn't use it despite doing my best to clean it. Usually I will leave the apartment as I find it but not this time unfortunately 😕 No tea spoons to make coffee, had to use a dessert spoon each time. I wouldn't normally write such negative reviews but important for me to have all essentials there and operational.

Location was amazing and clean apartment. Beds and pillows beautiful as with the 180 degree views of the ocean. Definitely going back there. Value for money and right in the heart of Surfers so no need to take the car out unless travelling outside of Surfers.
