Cleaners forgot to change sheets on the bed. I discovered this after midnight when heading to bed. I slept clothed on top of the bed.

Stayed here multiple times. Always had a good stay.

The furnitures are outdated. Place needs to be clean more throughly. One of the windows in the room was broken and couldn’t close it properly. It was raining and I could hear the wind was whooshing and shaking the curtain. They didn’t mention that they charge for a parking fee although we parked at the visitor parking which makes me very upset.

The place is good for the value. Convenient location and spacious.

Needed maintenance! It lacked a comfortable chair or lounge to relax on. The table and chairs were in poor condition. There was only a thin blanket and the a/c did not sufficiently heat the space had to be turned up high.

It was clean and had the basics. The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice. There was a kettle, toaster and fridge. The staff were helpful and friendly.

It must have been the last appointment as it was the long weekend as the towel rail was broken and the towels were too small and you have to pay a $200 but you do get it back the next day

Something in my room caused an allergic reaction in my eye, bathroom cleanliness not acceptable. Had to book elsewhere.

Location was great, parking was available onsite which was handy. Manager was friendly. they were great about getting me a refund for one nights stay.

- showing signs of wear and tear; scuff marks on walls, stains on mattresses, holes patches near air con, door lock dodgy, furniture stained, grout in showers mouldy. - large cracks in the building near the pool and on the balcony. - no screens on windows or sliding door. This would frighten me if I had young children.

- very friendly and helpful check in staff. - great location close to public transport and Westfield. - has a gym and indoor pool (not heated) and spa. - secure parking available at $18/day. Tight car park for bigger cars though (we have a Kia Carnival). - requested an additional fold up bed and this was made up and in the unit on arrival. - Beautiful views from large windows.

It wasn't that clean, particularly the shower. Quite dilapidated blinds and bathroom. Very small, uncomfortable 2 seater lounge. Not well equipped in the kitchen. Couldn't get all tv channels with TV.

Clean but run down and need of renovation.

The apartments were perfectly located for a short walk to the train station and shopping centre. We could park our car and use public transport so easily. An amazing view!

Was more run down then photos show and not clean. Lots of cooking smells inside like not nice ones either! Doors were hard to open and lock

Got there early and were able to check in. We were told we had been upgraded from a studio apartment to a one bedroom apartment, which was nice, staff were nice and helpful. However I’m sorry but our apartment was in dire need of a renovation, I’ll leave it at that.

The power tripped when we turned on the bathroom light, happed three times and we had to keep flipping the fuse. Under the kitchen sink leaked constantly when sink was filled. With more maintenance and a paint job it would be so much better!

The curtains are very dated and need replacing. We booked a car space, but weren't advised which one it was and had call on arrival.

The location was good, the room was a good size and clean and had an amazing view.

Lots of items broken in the apartment. Water damage marks on the blinds. Broken night stand light. The curtain rods are held up with tape. Looks like the apartment is under renovation. I thought the price was high for the circumstances.
