We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage in Stanthorpe and couldn’t recommend it more highly.  The cottage is warm and cosy, with lovely fireplaces, oil heaters, and split systems ensuring we stayed toasty on chilly nights. The home itself is absolutely charming – beautifully decorated, clean. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and well-appointed. The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed during our stay. We especially loved the outdoor alfresco area – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The complimentary bottle of wine and Mersey Valley cheese and crackers were such a generous and delightful surprise! This place truly exceeded our expectations and made our time in Stanthorpe even more special. We would love to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and beautifully presented getaway.

Comfortable walk to town centre and easy access to all the surrounding sights. Check in and check out was an easy process. The complimentary red wine and cheese on arrival was a lovely surprise. The facilities and all the extra little touches made it a home away from home. Washpool hair & body wash & soap products. The well set up kitchen with complimentary kitchen condiments, cutlery & crockery etc. With 2 couples the second bathroom was great. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Fireplace was lovely as it was chilly. The outdoor BBQ, fire pit and sitting area is great although weather was a bit rainy on and off this visit. The car was safe behind gates out the back, easy turn around even with a bigger car.

Finney cottage was a brilliant place to stay. It is a short walk to the main shopping area and eateries, although the kitchen is well equipped for cooking "at home". It felt like stepping back in time, but with all of the mod-cons necessary to make our stay cosy and comfortable. I highly recommend it. Thanks Lee.
