We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaLove the leather sofa, just a shame the TV is not adjustable to be able to watch it from the sofa rather than being on the bed, but only a small inconvenience. Also, it would be lovely to have some ordinary black tea bags , we had our own, fortunately. Also, some washing up liquid would be a great 👍 low rating for staff questions as we didn't actually see anyone, all the booking and information was by email. But I am being petty here as it was a fabulous motel, highly recommend.
Great motel/hotel with just about everything we needed. We have been traveling for over 9 weeks and this is one of the best properties we have stayed at. Actually clean which is a bit of a rarity in the accommodation world. Loved the kettle and all the stuff needed for a meal or breakfast. Very comfy large bed and white linen, felt so cozy. Nice pub opposite, had a drink but didn't eat as bit expensive. Easy walk to the main street of Dalyesford.

United KingdomThe location was OK, but if you want to go to the centre you should get the car, because walking is quite tricky at night. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable. Also, all communication was via text/email, which can be tricky if you are a tourist (like me) and your phone doesn't pick up a good signal in Australia.
We only stayed for one night in winter. The room had all we needed and was warm, welcoming, clean, and spacious. The staff had turned on the heaters, and relaxing music was playing when we checked in. The bathroom was well-heated, with warm water and good water pressure.
