Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaOnly the heavy highway traffic to get there from Brisbane.
The 5 bedroom Saltbush house was excellent modern accom for 6 adults & 4 children. It had 4 car parks (2 under cover), 3 bathrooms plus a powder room. The backyard was smallish, but level, so ideal for littlies chasing games & riding their balance bikes. The staff are super friendly & seemed to really want the guests to have a good experience, as minor queries were quickly addressed. Kitchen has quality cooking equip, but bring your own plastic storage containers & unbreakable plates/bowls/cups if you have children. Also bring own scourer for pot cleaning as only a chux supplied. You’ll also need lots of dishwasher tablets, unless you plan to handwash regularly after each meal. This place had it all for our extended family, with large IGA & chemist next door. Also the attached cafe is open from 5:30am. Other eateries were across the road, along with upmarket clothing & art/craft stores. We were there in August. So the heated swimming pool in the resort was more of a hit with the littlies than the beach (bit cold). Bring a pool noodle for best fun. Playground & skate park also nearby on the beach side, across the road.

I booked v last minute as my other accom fell through and was warmly welcomed by the staff. My room was on 2nd floor. It was elegant, clean and modern, with lovely touches and good sound proofing. Bed was super comfy bed and the location makes it really convenient for the village and beach of Peregian. I just wish I was there more than 1 night!

Australia- Bathroom was big, but mainly catered to people with disabilities and was a bit awkward to use
- Great location - right opposite the village and beach access. - Room was nice and spacious and looked new and clean - very modern! - Loved the garden overhang beyond the balcony - it blocked the view of the street below so it felt like we were in the rainforest. Really clever detail. - Staff was friendly and helpful. - Saw dolphins on our walk on the beach one of the mornings!

AustraliaThe one thing I wasn’t keen for was the strong fragrance that was in the room. It remained throughout my stay and affected my sinuses. Natural oils work better.

AustraliaEven with the Deluxe Studio with Biosphere sunset view, you can still see the complex driveway and occasionally have guests walking by.
The Biosphere and sunset view is amazing, especially relaxing with the hanging chair. Everything was clean, modern, wasn't dusty, and the bed was super comfortable.

AustraliaOnly one towel rail in bathroom - Another could be put up and a couple of hooks would make that space perfect for a couple.
There is a restaurant called Outer Square which seems to be affiliated with them close by and as the weather was nice it was easy to get to -maybe 200 metres in the open from the lift in the garage. Gym was fully fitted out and loved it. Rooms were spacious and well appointed with high end furniture and furnishings. The hotel has been built with holiday houses adjoining it in complex 2 small pools with a bar and outside tables overlooking beautiful bush to the west and mountains beyond Step outside the complex and you have excellent facilities and access to supermarket pharmacy and restaurants across the road via a pedestrian crossing. Very well thought out.
