The House an old Miners Cottage was great. The Host Corrine made sure everything was spotless and even stocked the cupboard with some staple foods just in case we had not had a chance to get to the supermarket. The location was walking distance to the Town centre. I highly recommend Ellas Cottage.

What a gem! We were so lucky to have been able to find this quaint, authentic and comfortable little house. It is so hard to find decent accommodation in the outback, just a shame we couldn’t stay longer. Lovingly restored with great attention to detail, what a huge job! There are numerous aircon units, having a washing machine is a great help, and a large fridge/freezer. The spacious house is gracious, has high ceilings, is beautifully furnished, very well appointed and decorated, and has vintage and antique treasures throughout. So much attention to detail. The house is very conveniently situated - a short drive to the town centre, and close to many incredible sights. Our stay here was a real joy. Corrine and Kim were incredibly helpful and responded promptly to communications. Our gratitude for a wonderful stay in Broken Hill.

Excellent private location away from the centre of the city. Old world charm residence from early 1900's with plenty of warmth. Decor is vogue to the era yet with all the mod cons. Parking for multiple vehicles is available and the shower works a treat. Nice quiet neighbourhood to sleep, loved it.

This house is a real gem. It’s cosy, spacious, clean, interesting, comfortable and affordable. It’s a ‘home’ for the duration of your stay. It has all home facilities including living room dining room kitchen etc. It’s a decent walk to town One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Do yourself a favour and book it.
