It was a bit far from town, you could sometimes here the traffic on main road and we didn't mind not having a TV but it would have been nice to have better internet reception. We could bearly send a text message.

It was in a beautiful spot and good value for money, loved that it was family owned too.

Very specious place in a very peaceful area. Couldn't wish for a better place. The house had everything you wish for and the boardwalk was amazing.

The place was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Was very peaceful. Had everything you need in a self contained indoor outdoor living cabin.

The Eco retreat definitely exceeded my expectations. Loved the outdoor kitchen and screened area. Kids loved the resident kangaroos and the boardwalk is quite impressive. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Not a fault but Telstra service was a bit patchy in the house but improved in areas nearby.

Unique experience felt like luxury camping in the bush. Lovely welcome pack plus wood for the fire pit. Comfy big beds, huge outdoor covered and meshed deck with cooling breezes throughout the self contained house. Carport for car and a great boardwalk experience.

There was no soap for the shower. Finding the place was tricky as booking.com site called it Eco Retreat 1770, but the maps and sign was for Travellers Retreat. A different accomodations had a similar name of 1770 Eco Camp, so it was a bit confusing. Eco Retreat is the name of the particular accomodations at Travellers Rest. It would have been helpful if the Booking.com paperwork had Travellers Rest name on it.

Location and surroundings good. Loved the boardwalk. Enjoyed the huge outside screened deck and that the large area around our accommodation was clearly separated and screened off with plants from the camping area. Quiet. Had books, and an Australian trivia game (more fun than Trivial Pursuit). Large comfortable bed.

The alfresco kitchen and living space is beautiful. The whole cabin is comfortable and a fantastic size for a family. The welcome message and gift was a great little touch. The kids loved watching the kangaroos from the alfresco.

A few extra cleaning products for the kitchen would help with washing up.

Location and property were amazing. Loved the design and simplicity of the building. The gift basket was a lovely touch. You have a clear vision for the property and how you want your guests to feel.

Holy moly - there was an ant infestation in the bathroom - they were coming out of a little hole in the ceiling and going behind the shower... this really needs to be taken care of as other guests may not be so understanding of this 'eco' reality!

Loved the covered, outdoor kitchen/dining area at the apartment and appreciate that the mosquito netting would be very valuable in warmer months! Heating worked really well inside the apartment which kept us warm through the cold nights and we really enjoyed the gorgeous boardwalk trail through the bushland!

We thought there were 2 seperate bedrooms but one is the lounge area so u have to walk through one bedroom to get to the bathroom the kitchen area had no wall just fly screen material and the area outside was all grass to the door we had a disabled client with us so the accommodation was not suitable and we left and found accommodation somewhere else
