The edges of the property are a bit tired. The sofa was not particularly comfortable. More instructions about using the TV would be useful and the sound system did not work. More information about the disposal of rubbish is needed given its so called “eco”status.

The location is ideal given how busy Byron Bay can get and the underground parking is a bonus. The room has a pleasant view to a quiet street.

The mattress was too old and I felt like I was falling off the bed, kept waking up.

Nothing really! There’s a little mould in the shower framework but that’s about all.

The apartment was presented in an exceptionally clean manner. I felt “safe”within the complex, having travelled unaccompanied for the bulk of my stay. It was not far at all to walk to the main part of the township and I could easily carry my shopping and groceries home. The complex was quiet and the pool/spa area clean and easily accessible.

Nothing against the apartment or the hosts but just an FYI there is construction across the road which will continue for sometime - but you can't hear it in 7B. There is no direct access to the beach but it is a short walk to Main Beach if you are looking for a patrolled beach. On check out day I was able to leave my bags but they were out in the foyer not a locked room because 7B isn't managed by the complex itself (surely that could be negotiated??). Again the apartment and pool were great and well priced. Overall great for 2 people for a quiet getaway.

The apartment, 7B, was exactly as described. Fiona the host was very helpful even when my daughter locked us out. Direct access to the pool. Nice pool and bbq area. Peaceful. Good pricing. Neat apartment with lovely decor. Relaxing. About 7min walk to town - walking with a child :)

We felt like we lacked privacy being on the ground floor and right by the entrance. Our bedroom was also right by a walkway. Next time we’d prefer an apartment on a higher level I think

Older block but ok

Fantastic location (very close to town and the beach). Although older apartment well decorated and very clean. Great common facilities (pool, spa, bbq). Very quiet. Good size. Would definitely stay again . Excellent value

The shower water pressure was not very strong. There was a slight mildew smell.

The location was good and close to many things we were looking for. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice space.

Absolutely fantastic property. Such a perfect location within walking distance to the beach and Main Street. Clean, large and all amenities you need. Added bonus of the outside courtyard space and hot tub! Would highly recommended.

No washing machine in the apartment but there is a laundry downstairs that you can pay to use.

Really comfortable, well equipped, felt like a cosy home.

Tv not working in 10A. Bed too soft and spongy. Lighting quite dim.

Loved that the stay was so close to town and offered underground parking. There was also free street parking.
