We stayed in the 4-bedroom unit for a night. Pros: - The location was perfect, as it was a few minute walk to the main beach, which was amazing! - Check-in time was flexible. - The rooms were spacious and really liked the lounge and kitchen, and all complimentary items provided. - Rent was reasonable: good value for money - Nice private outdoor area - loads of books, toys, and dvds for kids to enjoy - An extra private room with table tennis, billiards, air hockey facilities. - Good aircon as it was hot the night we stayed. - Clean bedsheets, pillows, etc. - staff were kind to provide a baby cot - Nice clean toilets with both hot and cold water available - Laundry was nice too but we didn’t use it - nice shared swimming pool but we didn’t use it. Cons: - The unit had a slightly dusty environment. This can be improved. Being allergic to dust, I wasn’t feeling well when I woke up. Others may not feel the dust though. - Air hockey wasn’t working which was a shame. The play room wasn’t clean, with lots of dust, and ants, and spiders roaming around.

The site itself was smaller than expected but Lakes Entrance seems to be brimming with numerous sites.

Roomy cabins. Stayed with 3 adults and one puppy. Everything was easy even though we were late checkout - staff provided clear instructions.

The bathroom door didn’t lock properly and kept opening by itself, making it difficult to use with family. Despite calling twice, no one came to fix it. • No WiFi was available. • The TV had no Netflix or video channels, only audio channels. With better maintenance and improved amenities, the experience could be much better.

Overall, the stay was good. The park offers a decent environment for a getaway.

Bathroom locks were not working, we were 9 people and without the locks using the bathroom was inconvenient. Shower taps also need attention.

Location of the place. House was very clean and very well decorated. Tourist park had a nice and clean swimming pool and we had a good family time in it.

The cabin could have been cleaner, upon arrival everything looked great very neat and tidy but we soon realised the layers of dust everywhere (bedroom underneath the bed and behind bedside tables) and hair from previous guests. We stayed for 9 nights, something minor you would think they would provide enough toilet paper there was only one roll, Could never catch staff either. The games room is non existent, they need to remove that because you can’t access it.

Location was fabulous, really good spot. The pool was wonderful, great for kids along with the trampoline, basketball court and guinea pigs. the fact the park is pet friendly is also a big plus, these are hard to come by.

The double mattress we slept on was horrible! I was going to mention something in person but I’m quite an anxious person so I chickened out haha. But there was quite a dip in the mattress on one side and I woke up in a lot of pain in my shoulders and had bad sciatic pain (and i am still experiencing that pain almost a week later). Both sides of the mattress had a dip but one side was worse than the other

I liked that it’s pet friendly and close vicinity to the shops and beach. It was nice and quiet and seemed like everyone there was friendly and having a nice time

The place was very dusty and not as clean as we have found other accommodation places. As a family of 3 adults (took my elderly parents), 2 kids and dog, we normally like to cook and only eat out once or twice, to save money. Unfortunately, the oven wasn't working. We ended up having to use the communal kitchen, it was pouring with rain, very cold and dusty in there and not as pleasant as if we had our oven in the house. We normally use the oven and help warm the cabin at the same time, which my elderly parents like. The bathroom sink was blocked and water emptied very slowly.

We originally booked thinking we would get a cabin with a fence for the dog. When we got there, we received a small cabin up the back. Our puppy is a runner, so needed a fenced cabin. The owner (who we believe were just looking after the property for the owners) ended up giving what was stated as a more expensive and bigger cabin 14. We appreciated them accommodating us in this way. The extra charge was $200 and in the end, they waived the fee. The cabin was very spacious and beds were reasonable. We had 2 rooms with a double bunk room for 3 and another room with a double. We had plenty of room and everything was there that we needed. Fridge, freezer, micro, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee. I would rate this place reasonable and comfortable and a good distance from everything we needed. Good enough for families. I would have rated this Good or Very good if the oven was working and the bathroom sink wasn't getting blocked.

very hard to get in touch with the office as our door wouldn't lock at all on arrival and we had to leave our belongings without being able to lock /secure the property so couldn't enjoy fully.

Air con is very loud, especially at night. Have to turn it off when sleep but got a bit cold then. Hand wash ran out luckily we had our own hand soap.

Room is small but full functioned. A bit worn but still clean. Generally good.
