AustraliaWe had a number of issues we needed to deal with. Overall it wasn’t a big deal but made us decide we would not return regardless of all the good things about the property. Fridge leaking RHS, Hard towels which are thread bearing! No blankets, One key only Low pictures on lounge, knocked us in the head, Vertical blinds - panel blinds painful to use and got caught up in the doors, Toilet seat in main bathroom wrong size, too small. All of these ongoing issue as per multiple reviews.
Location was good. Communication was excellent. Ease of entry and lead up was great! I little bit on the pricing side for what we didn’t get.

Tan’s place was the perfect apartment for our week in Darwin. The apartment was well located and was a 5 min walk from where most of the day trips pick up from. It was also close to a lot of different food options. The apartment itself was clean and easy to cool down. There were heaps of items and condiments in case you forget any essentials which was brilliant. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Darwin.

The lock key and entering the apartment was a bit confusing and not effortless. Messages for passcode weren't seamless and straightforward. Had to make phone calls.

AustraliaThis place was the cheapest and most run down place we have stayed at. Sheets cheap.and thin towels were so tough and thin, no blankets. Couldn't use Bbq was filthy front patio filthy. No way would I pay for anything extra. Only 1 key at a 3 bedroom.unit. Parking area was disgusting and dirty. Pictures stuck on wall.that your head hit when on couch. Fridge leaked every day and I slipped one day in the kitchen due to this and had to leave a towel on floor. Food left in fridge that wasn't ours. Most uncomfortable beds ever. Pillows terrible.
