Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaWe both felt like the in room tech needs an upgrade, particularly at this price point. The TV is small and sound was tinny, no streaming capability (on demand movies for a fee are so outdated!), and I’d love to see charging docks for your phone on each bedside. The only other thing is the noise from downstairs. We’ve stayed before and this was not a concern for us at all, and it settles down from about 10pm, but definitely request a room that doesn’t overlook the ground floor/lobby if noise is a concern for you.
Spotlessly clean, luxurious and comfortable. Excellent beds and showers. All staff are brilliantly polite and friendly. Lovely view from our room, great in room lighting. Our room service breakfast was delicious too.

AustraliaThe only thing I would say is the eggs for breakfast needed a little more cooking as some of the egg white was raw still, and the food was quite expensive for a lot of options.
The room was clean and tidy, minibar was expensive but had complementary tea and coffee, the staff were very nice and polite. Had a room with a spa bath was annoying the bath gel was stuck to the wall but really not much of an issue

AustraliaWe used the bed in the late afternoon, but no turn down service / straighten up. The service at the Merrywell was not great. Food came out Ok, but clean up was slow - we ended up moving our dishes ourselves. We were disappointed that the birthday cake we brought could not be put in a fridge. This service gets accommodated at other restaurants.
Staff in Epicurean were great! And the food was very good. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

AustraliaShower isn't great - smelled a bit (like chlorine), and took ages to get hot. Air con was too cold and no way to turn it off which I always hate. Pillows in the bed were very uncomfortable making for a poor nights sleep. Arrival being intertwined with the Casino was for us, a nightmare and the main reason we won't be back. Crown in Sydney has kept the hotel and casino aspects separate which works much better. For those staying for the casino I suppose it would be on point.
The room itself was mostly good with a decent (but not great) shower and otherwise good bathroom facilities. Bed was comfortable (pillows were not). Arrived late and the dinner room service was quick, hot, plentiful and value for money compared to other room service we've experienced.
