Only think I didn’t like was the TV wasn’t a smart TV and had to chrome cast which didn’t work very well

Parking was a little confusing at first. The price was also a bit steep, although I appreciated the discount offered to guests. The bed was comfortable, but I personally preferred firmer pillows. I noticed the window was dirty, but someone was washing it just as we were leaving.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, being close to both the hospital and public transport. The view from the rooms was nice, and I appreciated the modern facilities. It was convenient having lots of dining options nearby.

The design of the room is a little compact with limited space for your items. Best suited to very short stays. Hard to fix.

The staff here were excellent. The rooms a very clean. Food in the restaurant is excellent. This is a very well run hotel.

I was charged for breakfast with my room rate when I said I did not want it added as I had not confirmed with other guests at that time, if we were having breakfast together. We all decided to have breakfast in the morning and I went to reception to ask them to charge me for breakfast, not realising they had actually already incorrectly charged me when I checked in, but when she checked she said oh yes you have t included it so I will charge you. I was subsequently charged again for breakfast. I called on the Monday (day after check out) to request a refund for the $24.47 for breakfast. The concierge tried to advise me I would be charged the surcharge of $4.47 and could not for some reason grasp that I would not be charged the surcharge as it should never have been charged on the first place. She advised she would contact accounts and convey the issue and that I would receive an email to confirm our conversation and to confirm refund. It is now Thursday with no refund and no email. I called again today, I was again advised that this would be raised and my refund attended to. It is such a disappointing result when I was really impressed with the hotel. I am assisting to convene a conference in Perth in 2026 and was pleased to test this hotel and food, which was fabulous as were the staff. Please ensure staff charge people appropriately as it does feel like they thought I wouldn’t notice and that to want a refund of a reasonable small amount was not a big issue. Thank you Grace

This was the cleanest hotel room I have experienced in some time. I stay in hotels regularly for work and travel within WA, Australia and internationally. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

There was a payment taken from my bank account, a few days after the stay. And the staff were very rude to me over the phone and even hung up on me. And it was their mistake.

The aircon in my room wasn't the best It took a really long time to cool the room down in room 707 and the shower doesn't give a warning or a second to heat up it was just straight to hot water so please be careful about it but everything else was fantastic

The breakfast buffet was basic, and not accommodating for people who needed the basics, skim milk and gluten free option on the buffet.

The rooms were nice. Breakfast chef was amazing. Location for us with state games were perfect. Great with some food choices down stairs.

Parking was weird and confusing, instructions not clear about how to find the correct tower lift for the hotel once parked. Booking.com info for hotel incorrect, had booked two rooms but hotel only had me down for one. luckily there was still a room available

They charged extra for using my credit card to pay without informing me. Double charged for room service and have took a while to rectify. No toilet brush in the bathroom. Charged per night for parking
