The curtains didn’t close enough therefore woke up early with the daylight

The air-con wasn't working, so the room was quite cold until I received a small floor heater to use.

The main criticism would be chairs to sit in. There was only one chair (desk) for 2 people, so it was either sit on bed or lie there. I would have liked a comfortable chair. Bathroom was small but ok.

The location was great. Close to eateries and Palais Theatre where we were attending a show. All these things were in walking distance. Didn't use but tram runs straight past the motel to the city if needed. The bed was comfortable, and room was warm. The shower was large and pressure excellent.

The bathroom was rather snug. Shower was great and good sized but the toilet was jammed in a corner and the seat was held on by one bolt so it slid and pinched. Mattress wasn’t overly comfortable, pillows were flat and doona was old.

Location was awesome. Short walk to great food and shopping options or a stroll along the beach. Room size was great. Decent sized shower and wicked water pressure/heat.

Had to pay extra for parking. Pillows were too big & hard, had to fold up a towel to use. Bed wasn't very comfortable, but my husband thought it was fine. Shower pressure was terrible and every time I got the temperature right, it would then go boiling hot or freezing cold. Would stay again despite the above.

Great location. Close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants, Palais theatre, McDonalds, KFC, Luna Park & sex shop. Easy to find. Secure parking. Affordable. Rooms were a good size for a couple. Free wifi.

The room was a little small and bland for "Deluxe King with Balcony", and the balcony was not appealing to be out on. $25 car parking excessive for not being undercover. $150 deposit uncommon these days, usually $1.00 hold for credit cards, I did question this on check in considering I had already paid in full prior to arrival.

The location was perfect for our weekend plans also how close it is to Acland Street. Room was quiet and bed was comfy. Off street secure parking, although it was not undercover.

$25.00 car park not acceptable and $200 bond was not something have come across in the many hotels around the world I have stayed in. In their defense it appears they did not charge the bond to my account, so thank you to them.

I dislike the extra charge for parking given that the property has parking on site. The TV's, as with every other Motel, are rubbish. Otherwise, I like this place.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Ive stayed there a number of times now and it's my preferred stay.

Our room had a large patch of water in the living area that didnt dry up our entire stay, it was wet enough to soak your socks, it was in a spot that made it very difficult not to be able to walk around it. I informed the staff immediately all they said was that they would make a note of it, didn't offer to inspect it, dry it, change our room or even offer a discount for the inconvenience. I'm not normally one that like to give a negative review but really was annoying getting your feet wet especially in winter.

Unfortunately this time we had a room that we could hear the tram throughout the night. The bed could do with a comfort topper also. Not a deal breaker just little niggles .
