We liked the idea that there was a dinning room there, unfortunately it was closed the night we stayed. we understand that the owner had an accident and was unable to work at full capacity. We were also disappointed that the grounds had been neglected a little but also understand that this was probably due to the above.

AustraliaThis place was so misrepresented. Paid a premium price and received a very ordinary low maintained room. The room and furnishings were tired and not well maintained. The website advertises restaurant on site for meals - was permanently closed. No breakfast packs. No mention anywhere that the place was 2.5kms from centre of town, which in a tiny town where this place is situated, is not convenient. TV’s not working - had to request a remote controller for one of the TV’s - that remote did not function. On arrival, reception member was not welcoming. The bed was comfortable. Now this is for you Booking.Com - I only use your booking service and have never been disappointed with outcome - but this place does not rate to use your service. If I experience a similar situation in the future, I will not use your service again.

AustraliaI recently stayed in what was advertised as a Superior Queen Room, but unfortunately, my experience did not match the description. The room itself was underwhelming, with noticeable maintenance issues. The curtains were broken, the carpet was in poor condition, and the bathroom facilities were almost non-existent, making for a very uncomfortable stay. However, the biggest disappointment was the lack of soundproofing. The walls were so thin that I could clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring room, significantly impacting my ability to relax. Overall, this room did not meet expectations for a "superior" category, and I would not recommend it based on my experience. Improvements in maintenance, sound insulation, and general upkeep are necessary to justify the advertised quality.
