How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The cabin was clean to a point but if you look under the bed and on the shelves there is thick build up of dust and dirt. The TV is set so high its touching the ceiling so you have to look up while watching it. The blinds aren't block out so they allow a lot of light into the cabin in the morning. And the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

The road noise was terrible as we were located very close to the main road, which is unavoidable for some of the cabin area. However, the back section away from the road noise was for caravans and campers down by a beautiful waterway and seemed much quieter nestled in the trees with birdsong.
Reception staff amazing.👏 cleaning staff also very responsive. We stayed in a cabin at the front of the park, which was nicely renovated and very clean. The bed was super comfy.

Frying pan could be replaced, other than that it was good.
Nice holiday park. Very nice landscaping, giving you privacy in the accommodation. Although busy road, quiet at night😊

Random children on bikes and playing chase a danger to camp traffic and themselves but camp officials notified campers of the danger via text.. Nearby traffic noise obvious but muted by foliage and fence.
Camp site clean and well set out. River near by created a peaceful feeling and a beach area for swimming aside from the camp pool. Well planed site with cabins and camp areas .

I met Lynne when I checked in...she was super helpful, with a warm & cheerful manner. She went above and beyond what is the norm (from my experiences). She gave me several ideas for activities whilst I was in Cairns...and a helpful booklet that introduced me to a few places I'd not seen or heard of before. Full size fridge was excellent...location was easy to get to and close to a number of places that I subsequently visited.

It was what I expected , a demountable in a van park so no complaints.
The ease of checkin, the good information and the price for location. The staff had the aircon running for us before arrival ;) thank you!

Ants were present in the room from the moment we went in and the aircon leaked. The room was very cramped. Was very expensive for what we got. I would have expected more for that price
Easy access to facilities and the pool was clean and good size. Staff were nice and the coffee van sold good coffee.

The bathroom was very small for us. We couldn't turn freely and close the door because it was tight. The double bed took up most of the space making it difficult for us to put our bags and pack. It was just too tight for us. We brought things outside and packed them. Nice place bit it would be nice to have a little bit of space inside.

Some accommodations are a little older but renovated and very clean. Getting the shower to the right temperature was a real pain (Unit 9).
Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Very quiet family park after hours. Adjacent a large, beautiful dog park where there is also a swimmable creek and a 5km long creekside bike path which is separated from a road.

The park was very comfortable and clean, and inviting pool. I stayed in a standard cabin, the only problem was the road noise but room itself was clean,comfortable and great value.

The bed was too hard, kitchenette had very limited kitchen utensils & cups were dirty. Traffic noise loud being off a main road.
It was a roof over our head for a short stay. Villa was clean.

Was a very a very nice park. Beautiful pool and surroundings. Only downside was the road noise from the main Road and trucks using exhaust brakes in middle of the night.

Big pool, amenities & grounds are kept clean and tidy. We first stayed in a cabin (2A & 2C). Just the enough room, comfy beds. We the stayed in the motel room which had plenty of room for the family. Angees diner located near reception has the best spring rolls & curry puffs in town!
