There is nothing I didn’t like about my stay!

The room fit outs and decor are exceptional. Very large room given the location is a busy city hub. Beautiful views, free bottles of water easily available, staff were professional and friendly, location is perfect. Beach towels available. Lovely lounge area, coffee bar and desk in room. Spacious reception area with comfortable seating. Chilled atmosphere. Just beautiful.

THE TOILETRIES - WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO STOCK TOILETRIES THAT DON’T HAVE THE TINY SILVER FOIL SEAL? THEY ARE ENVIRONMENTALLY BAD (CHOKING HAZARD FOR MARINE LIFE). AND ALSO INCONVENIENTLY DIFFICULT TO OPEN

Steven was most welcoming upon arrival and attentive from checkin to checkout. I arrived early morning and had requested an earlier check in. I received a text promptly informing me my room was ready within an hour or so. Nothing was too hard for them. Very accomodating and friendly. Great location, room was quiet, comfortable, fresh and clean. Ocean views. Amenities contributed to an enjoyable stay.

We moved to the boutique part of the hotel to avoid noise from the bar and restaurant downstairs but we’re Smokin the the sound of beer barrels being delivered/stacked in the morning at 7.30

Generally all very good - 2 small things. I wish they would have recycling bin in room. And instead of offering endless bottled water from reception, please consider installing a water filter to refill bottles. Far more environmentally suitable.

However, my suite on the first floor (for a 6 night stay) was in a terrible location. right over the car driveway and next to the alley to the back and liquor store. all large trucks take a U turn in this driveway as well as the hotel street is a one way. had i been given another suite i suspect i would have had an exceptional experience and felt that the value equation was more balanced.

The property overall was very nice - very close to beach - friendly staff - good in room food service. ample space in the suite - love the kitchenette.
