That it said you have to wash the dishes (in the bathroom sink) I would hope they are getting washed elsewhere and they aren’t just relying on customers to wash. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable

Hot tub wasn't very warm. I was disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open. I get that it's winter and quiet but it would have nice to be informed on booking. I especially booked to treat my friend the seafood platter for her 70th!! I would have looked else where had I know!!

Upstairs neighbors were up late and my kids couldn't sleep, as they were watching TV and chatting away and dropping things on the floor. This kept all of us up... Nothing to wash dishes with ( if I had known I would have packed some kitchen sponges) But not a big deal

Check out was a bit meh, also we had the speed bump right outside our door so heard every car go across it as it made a noise. Corner shower didn't leave much room to move around, also took about 10mins to get hot water the first night. Bathroom was freezing overnight and morning.

Besides the rude receptionist staff it was a pleasant stay Reception needs to learn basic customer service. I had done an online check in and wanted to make sure it was all correct. Attended reception and was greeted by a very rude lady who made me feel so uncomfortable. The utter disrespect and attitude that came from her almost made me not want to stay there.

There’s nothing that we didn’t like about the property.

Location is very nice peaceful and room was very clean and comfortable. Parking wS so close to room that was no hassle to walk and shift the things to room. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Shower was not working properly with low pressure. No genius rewards for late check out Bit of a motel type fee even though it’s advertised as a hotel

The kitchenette is a bit too small for a 3 bedroom cottage.

The location of the property is awesome. Straight walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. You don't waste your time travelling and finding some of the best places to walk and eat. The lady at the reception is too kind and helpful. At the checkout she enquired about things that could've improved whereas most other places just say "Hope you had a pleasant stay". She did really care about our comfort and negatives, if any.

Nothing. Everything was within expectations of a 3 star hotel/motel.

It was at an excellent location, near to the main street of Philip Island. Room was spacious and comfortable. Reception was helpful and friendly. Help was rendered immediately when requested for.

Every time someone closed the door It banged soo loud an even during the night woke me up consistently especially the room next door I even spoke with two guys when I was leaving weren’t concerned at all

Found a bit pricey for the star rating I would give Didn’t have a dining table or pop up one inside the motel room part of the park So we ate dinner and breakfast in the bed :/

Expensive for the facilities, but I guess the price likely reflects the location. Our sea view was really a tree view, still nice and you can hear the sea. Kitchen facilities are very limited and BBQ is electric and shared, behind the unit, so think carefully about what you want to cook for tea. Bed was not too comfy.

Only thing I didn’t like is there wasn’t a secondary lock for your hotel door, if someone knows your code they can let themselves in. That personally makes me uncomfortable with having small children stay with us. I like when you go to a hotel you can usually double lock your door. Besides that, our stay was nice.

Good location. Clean and the family room was a good size for us, 2 adults and 2 small children. The kids liked the park but we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as we only stayed one night.
