When I originally booked I didn’t expect much, BUT I was pleasantly surprised. The interior looked as though it had undergone a revamp. My room was nice and fresh, queen size bed super comfy, shower nice and hot, and had everything I needed. The airconditioner was very quiet and kept the room cool from the afternoon sun. The location is excellent, close to Coles supermarket, pharmacies, bakery, coffee shops, butchers, Vintage Cellars, shoes repairer, different food outlets, hairdressers, pubs, medical and dental services, all within easy minutes walking distance. Buses and taxis easy to get

Only small things that could be improved, eg better tea towels (and change it when the room is cleaned), normal tea instead of herbal tea

The location was great easy to get public transport.

Room was very dark even with lights on and it could have been cleaner. For example the cups were dirty and there was dust on some surfaces.

Reliable quality of rooms, close to public transport and supermarket, not far from city

Location was good for us. Room was simple but had what we needed. It was nice to have a sink with water outside the bathroom. Was pleased to see a shared laundry and kitchen although we didn't need them this time.

Only one key per room so we had to coordinate coming back. (This is because it includes a fob for the outside). No soap rack in shower.

Wila Yu (she's the manager) is exceptional, very helpful, informative about the area and has great customer service skills 👍 The room was clean & comfortable with a nice bed, TV, fridge and microwave. Great location, close to shops, restaurants and transport. Highly recommended.

TV 📺 signal could be a bit iffy at times but I have YouTube & Spotify Premium and books 📚 to read so no biggie 👌

Comfy bed

The shower.

At first I thought the location was going to be noisy being right on the main road and under the aircraft landing flight path, HOWEVER, to my surprise, the room was very quiet and I was able to get many hours of undisturbed sleep.

Everything was a lot better than my expectations.

Customer service was so poor the lady is so rude i booked for 2 nights then i had an emergency and had to be in hospital we spoke to her about a refund she didn’t want to do it and that was fine then she emailed me saying we have stolen a towel and she was so rude abouit too
