It’s a very busy hotel, so the area isn’t particularly quiet and the rooms don’t offer much noise cancellation.

We went for happy hour, but they had limited selection of drinks. If you are going to have a Happy Hour, let patrons have whatever they want. Music of some sort would have been a nice ambience.

Our room was on level 11, balcony was clean, with chairs and table, view was amazing, king size bed was very comfortable, the room was immaculately clean.

Check in and purchasing of 'grab and go' snacks took a lot longer than one would expect.

The walls and bathroom floors need to be upgraded it looks dirty however, I understand that it may be very old. For $400 per night I expected at least a view other than an old carpark and expected a higher standard of room. Breakfast was an hour late even when pre offing the day before.

The customer service is 5stars and staff go above and beyond to cater to any needs while offing support in a timely manner. The parking on site is very handy and the central location is great!

No smart tv, no microwave, makes it hard when travelling with young children. The extra charge for parking, in the end it’s easier just to pay it to save looking for parking outside of the hotel.

The food menu could of offered a seafood platter or a crazing board. The menu seemed over complicated to what you received on the plate. Rooms need a bit of warmth put in them especially room 1112 as they appeared a bit clinical. For the amount you pay, 1 ply toilet paper is a little disappointing. The last thumbs down is the ear piercing noise from the several Harley Davidson motorbikes and revving cars that circle the same route close by every afternoon until late at night. A mini bar would of been nice if it was to be offered.

Staff were very friendly and willing to help when ever possible.. beds were very comfortable, extra pillows were a bonus, pillows were nice and soft and the shower was nice hot and refreshing with good water pressure. Room and bathroom size was generous. The views at night of the buildings is stunning and the morning view of the beach is pretty of the day. The rooms are very clean and the cleaning staff are very accomodating if you need an extra towel or 2.

It was very busy in the restaurant and the food took a while. Expected as there was a Keith Urban concert up the road and the hotel was very busy.

Main reason we chose Sage was the close proximity to the Entertainment Centre. A short 3 minute stroll and we are there. The view from our balcony was good as we could see the ocean. Restaurant was fine as was Happy Hour. Clean and large rooms.

The only issue was that the vanity wasn’t completely clean. It look as though a previous guest had used an electric toothbrush, which left dried toothpaste residue on the vanity and had no been cleaned property when we arrived. Otherwise the room was clean and well-maintained.

Hotel and room were well presented and mostly clean. Free parking on the street was easy enough to find, though limited.

The bed was lovely, one of the down lights was not working, the 1 water glass was in the cupboard, dirty, and there was mould in the shower. Please consider improved maintenance, audit, and checking the cleaners.
