Had the best experience here! Everything was perfect and couldn’t ask for anything more! Amazing host and very welcoming! The house was amazing and the pool was exceptional for a cool down! The whole group was in love with this place!! Will stay again - the location is perfect and so close to Port Douglas!

We had early access to the property and late checkout which was very helpful. Clare is an excellent host and showed us how to work all the lights/fans. Great external area/BBQ. Wonderful amenities. Handy having separate rooms for a family of 4 adults as well as 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. Well equipped kitchen. Clare is very thoughtful in her approach/inclusions. We have stayed at many properties in Australia and overseas and this would have to be among the best. Would highly recommend and would love to return. Great location/base for touring around Port Douglas.

The house was exceptionally lovely💖 ..everything you could possibly need was there ..we all had a fantastic few days...Thankyou Clare for sharing your beautiful home, it was greatly appreciated by all..we truly hope to make it back to Chez Brolga...the best home away from home! it was sad to leave but can't wait to come back!

Chez Brolga is an outstanding home, beautifully presented, very spacious, impeccably clean and in a lovely location. A perfect ‘home away from home’ for our family holiday. The home offered plenty of separate areas to relax, both indoor and outdoor. A lovely pool and BBQ area. Only a short walk to the supermarket (IGA) and a short drive into Port Douglas. Every little detail had been thought of. The home was well stocked with all the essentials needed. Clare was fantastic, very helpful and easy to communicate with. We all had a fabulous time and highly recommend Chez Brolga for your next family/group escape. Thanks so much Clare 😊

Really have no complaints, everything was perfect.

Clare was so easy to communicate with. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the pool and facilities. The outside area was lovely to use on warm days, and there was so much space for six adults. We really had a wonderful time. Also, the beds were super comfortable.

We have stayed in many properties in many countries and this was the best by far. We loved the fact that this was genuinely ‘home from home’ with everything we needed! Never stayed anywhere that had condiments, crockery, towels and toiletries as plentiful. Clare was so helpful, we loved this place! The house was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and well presented. The house has everything you could need while on holiday - this is definitely the most well stocked holiday home I've ever stayed in. The host Clare was so communicative and welcoming and her guide book has all the information you need. I honestly don't have a bad thing to say about this place and I hope I get to stay here in the future.

An extra bathroom would be helpful for our group of 10 but we managed just fine.

We had a wonderful time at Port Douglas and Chez Brolga was a fabulous home base. The host Clare has thought of everything! We were amazed by how well the kitchen and the house in general was stocked. Clare was also easy to communicate with. We had a large family group and the property was very suitable.

Small thing and maybe not really required at a place like Port Douglous in the Tropics, but a clothes dryer might have come handy for us as weather was cooler in June. But its not a biggie.

The property had everything one would like to have in holiday home. Nice spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living and a separate movies viewing room. There was also a TV outside besides the pool if you wanted to hang out. The pool was amazing. Kids had fun! An outdoor table and chairs for a breakfast or late night tea with the family. Enough car spaces for atleast 4 cars plus street parking (garage inside not included). Clean facilities and all kitchen appliances provided (top quality). The beds were comfortable and enough linen provided. Property was spacious and clean with a nice layout. There is also bluetooth speakers outside, but we couldn't connect to the speakers. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, though as it wasn't a priority but for others it might be.

The house was just beautiful. So many thoughtful, small items were provided that made it feel just like home. It was really a great stay, just too short! Clare was very easy to work with and just wanted us to have a good stay.

Chez Brolga was a beautiful place to stay. It was absolutely immaculate when we walked in the door, access to the keys was very easy, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed.

The home was exceptional and catered for all of our needs. The host has everything in the home that will help you feel at home. There were many area's to relax and the kids loved the pool.

The 5th bedroom was tiny, hardly room for 2 adults, with no window and no ventilation. It is best suited to 1 or 2 small children.

The house was spacious for our girls Book Club weekend away. The house was well appointed with plenty of space to park our cars. The pool was welcoming, together with all the outside lighting, it was delightful sitting outside to enjoy the ambiance of the lovely garden setting. Our hose was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly.

We went in a group of 10 to attend a wedding up in Port Douglas and this property was perfect for our stay. Huge, spacious home with all the amenities you need. Clare was also an excellent host, and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again!
