The location felt safe, the view was lovely and key retrieval was easy. The actual house itself is very spacious and exactly what you want for a large family.

The beds are like rocks, we actually couldn't stop laughing at how bad they are... if you don't laugh you cry right? The spa cover is broken, making it really unsafe for kids (we had to ensure that the door was locked every time so no children went outside and fell through the cover). The host never responded, ever. So I'm glad we didn't have any issues otherwise it would have been difficult. The oven dial is broken, making it difficult to use it. The massage chair is also damaged. The whole place just needs good maintenance really.

Thank you for your feedback. Over the past two years, our guests have greatly enjoyed their stays with us. It seems you were expecting a five-star hotel experience rather than staying in a family home. If you hadn't made a last-minute booking, I believe you would have found a property that better suited your expectations. We appreciate your suggestions, as we are always humble and committed to improving our service. Best regards, Guo

Very spacious, nice view with plenty of rooms with fresh air circulating well within the place.

Kitchen island area certainly needs a pest control done thoroughly as there were lots of cockroaches inside the dishwasher, near the bins and some in the draws. That's the only disappointing aspect of the place.

This spacious two-story house boasts three newly renovated bathrooms and a toilet. The location is perfect.

The bedroom linens were so stinky that owner of this property may required to replace them instead of washing them. The air conditioners were needed in all rooms because the carpets and beddings were smelly, also main issue is the air didn’t circulate especially downstair rooms which made the smells worse and more humid. As a result, we weren’t comfortable using their bedding because of the smell.

We loved all the amenities, the view and all the little extras like the massage chair.

The bed in the main bedroom was hard as a brick to sleep on but definitely didn’t ruin our stay

Location is in a peaceful high end neighbourhood in Shell Cove with fantastic view of the Marina-4 mins drive to Shellharbour Marina. The pool/spa is a nice treat!

Space galore. Location was great. Hosts helped me find the TV remote

The spa didn't work properly (no heat and only one pump working).

    Property response:

Thank you for bringing up your concerns about the temperature of our spa pool. our spa pool is in proper working condition in general as we invited the expert to have a test today. The best temperature for a spa pool is a matter of taste. i understand that many people like a really hot spa, though for safety reasons most spa pools have a maximum temperature of 40C. The most popular temperature is around 37C, the same as the body. Unlike a traditional hot tubs big spa pools (6-8people) are intended to offer a relaxing soak at a slightly lower temperature, usually between 35 to 38 degrees Celsius. It's important to understand that spa pools are not meant to replicate the intense heat of a hot tub. Instead, they provide a warm and soothing environment that promotes relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, factors such as the late autumn and winter seasons, along with nighttime conditions, can affect the water temperature despite our best efforts to maintain it. Furthermore, considering that the average human body temperature is around 36-37 degrees Celsius, if the spa pool temperature is slightly lower than this, you may initially feel a bit cool when entering the water. However, as you keeping adjust, the warmth of the water should help you feel comfortable and relaxed. We strive to provide a comfortable experience for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding of the differences between spa pools and hot tubs, and we're here to ensure your stay with us is enjoyable.
