Cleanliness: surface level was clean but some items clearly have not been cleaned for long time, e.g dusty bedside lamps. Blinds/window fittings old and tired. Floors could be cleaner. Ceiling in bedrooms peeling. Bathrooms dated. Not what you would expect for $500 a night.

To be honest, there is nothing that we didn't like about our stay. We enjoyed every moment.

We stayed at apartment 20, Central Plaza Poolside. 4 adults in total. The accommodation was just amazing. Kitchen was fabulous; although we ate most meals out. The living area was very comfortable and had a large screen TV. There is a table and seating out on the balcony along with a small BBQ. We had our breakfast on the balcony every morning. There were also games provided for our use. Bathrooms were very clean and tidy. Some initial toiletries were supplied. We also had a washing machine and dryer with washing powder provided. The pool area was great; well set up bbq area, lounges, bathroom, table and chairs. There is also a spa in the pool area. The location is perfect. Just a 10 minute stroll into Macrossan Street for shopping or restaurants. There is also undercover parking on site. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends travelling together or families.

Had some difficulty understanding address and locating apartment. Would be helpful to have ‘ apartment 20’ in the address to make it clearer. Hot water needed in kitchen. Unfortunately spa didn’t work in bathroom but didn’t really need it with one at the pool.

Great location with a 10min walk to Macrossan St and 5 min walk to Surfy’s Restaurant and Four Mile Beach. The apartment was on the first floor, spacious and nicely appointed. Dishwasher was handy as hot water tap wasn’t working in the kitchen. The keypad entry was so easy and convenient to use, even for the grandchildren. The large pool was a winner with us all as it was heated to a perfect temp and has a large spa. Beds were super comfortable and extra bath and beach towels were provided. Wifi was excellent and the smart TV was easy to use. Carpark had easy access. Plenty of board games for family fun were also provided. All in all a great place to stay.

Apartment needs a deep clean, if you look closely can really see things that have been missed. No hot water in kitchen and air conditioners need a clean, terrible smell when turning on.

Sign in was an issue, there is obviously some problems between apartment 20s owner and the complex owner. They aren't speaking to each other, we had to wait for someone to come and let us into the apartment. No issues with the complex owners/managers they were very helpful.

The living area of the apartment had no natural light, so lights were needed indoors at all time. There were large trees outside the balcony area which meant the balcony area was sheltered too.

Large comfortable well equipped apartment.Pool and outdoor area around the pool was lovely. A 10 min walk to beach, main shops and restaurants. A great location. The apartment itself although old is clean.

To begin with the instructions incorrect , we were staying at the central plaza , maybe room 20 is the laid back resort !!! Secondly there is no key box for entry . On entering there was a terrible smell even with fans and aircon. On all day and windows open . We did have a visit from the agency and would like some feedback back and perhaps some monerty recompense.

Beds were comfortable , smell appalling in all rooms .

Beautifully decorated and equipped, smart tv’s, Netflix, Stan, prime, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine and all the dishes a home would have. Lots of clean fresh towels. It was nice to be able to self cater our check in and check out as the home was fitted with a keypad so no room key necessary. And how close we were situated to town and the beach and the carpark below! That was the best part, and the pool was huge !

The apartment wasn't clean and had mould inside. It was very tired and due for a renovation.

The location was great an easy walk into town.
