Whilst it's a great view, the location means that the orientation of the building causes the unit to get the full sun all day, making it too hot to sit on the balcony, and it also heats up the rooms. Some towel hooks in the Ensuite would also have been good - they could be placed along the wall. There also seemed to be a bit of an ant problem throughout the unit, and it was a shame about all the roadworks around the building, as it made it quite confusing to locate the entrance to the building.

Everything we needed was in the unit, which had lots of facilities and storage space. The staff were also very accomodating and happy to work with us with anything we needed. We had a nice high unit with a great view even from inside, and the pool was lovely and heated. It was also really easy to simply cross the road to get to the beach, shops and dining locations.

Portacot we rented was underwhelming after paying $77 for it. Apartment kitchen was under-equipped for the cost of accom.

View and location was excellent. Service was fantastic. We had an issue with a fan light coming on during the night and it was fixed the same day we reported it. Very accommodating with an early check-in after a long-haul flight with baby.

Just the furniture was a little old and broken, example coffee table had a loose leg, couch had a wobbly leg. Drawers in the walk in cupboard had no runners. This didn’t bother us too much as we were just there to sleep and go to the beach

The staff were amazing and we requested a high level apartment and they upgraded us to the top floor level 16 and the views out the the ocean were incredible

Lounge cushions could do with a steam clean. No shampoo tubes provided in the main bathroom, but ensuite had both shampoo and conditioner. No shower caps provided. Maybe a few more tea and coffee sachets would have been welcome.

Very comfortable room with great beach views and excellent proximity to beach and local shopping area. Great swimming pool with spa. Good parking facility and security to premises very good. Kitchen facilities were very good, with plenty of crockery and utensils.

I didn't like louvres inside as windows and doors. It meant there was no wall to block out the noise of people talking.

Fabulous view from floor 9. Location perfect for beach, shops, clubs. Rooms a good size. Loved the tennis court and pool.

- No Aircon or ceiling fans in the bedrooms. - The main bed was covered in sand. - In the bathroom, the shower door was not wide enough to get in and out comfortably. (was as wide as my forearm) - The body wash that was supplied had been opened the seal was broken and a hand mark with makeup all over it, and Hair wrapped around it. - The toilet seat had a hygienic sash on it yet there were urine drops on the toilet seat along with hair. - In the spare room with the two single beds -one of the beds had stains and hair all over the sheets.

- There was a good amount of room for a two-bedroom apartment. - The location was amazing and even the view was good. - The pool area looks amazing - Close to the beach and restaurants - Wonderful front desk service. - very friendly. - View from the room was nice.

The parking wasn't available for our trip and it took us a good 30 minutes driving around trying to find a carpark and unfortunately the next morning before checkout we received a parking fine. There was no mention of no parking being available prior to booking only afterwards and the room was no refundable. Other than that our stay was great.

We loved the view and how spacious the room was.
