Needed both heaters going. Had to borrow a sleeping bag to help keep warm at night. No scissors. Sign not lit up at night.

We got double charged through booking.com and were never reimbursed. When I was on the payment page for 6 mins on our way down to Bunbury it wouldn’t accept our payment so I logged out and logged back in to pay - consequently it charged us for 2 rooms (which we didn’t need or book) and neither the apartments or booking.com would reimburse us - $295 which is very disappointing

The UHT milk in the fridge was frozen. Could we have fresh milk instead? It doesn’t take much but adds a better experience for those who love our cuppa.

the road was a little busy but didn’t affect sleeping as bedroom was at the back of apartment.

Very clean, comfortable, well fitted out apartment that had lovely views over the ocean. Very happy with an unexpected upgrade to a one bed, ocean view. Nice cafe next to reception that did a good breakfast.

We liked everything.,

We had a two bedroom studio looking out at the ocean. Great view. Decor and ambience delightful. Cafe in the property for a delicious breakfast.

We didn’t get what we booked. So we were given a lift room instead but would have enjoyed the king theat we booked better. Needs maintenance badly as water leaking from upper window into the lounge. Dishwasher racks and fly screens broken.. Also had a fire evacuation during a night and no follow up communication from staff. We realise it wasn’t anything they could have prevented but a follow up check in should be part of the process

No ventilation in the rooms - condensation pouring off the windows in the morning, a recurring problem as the paint is bubbling. Likely mould issue as partner was coughing all morning until we left, then it cleared up.

Could have been a lot more comfortable with a small lounge chair for sitting, the only chairs were wooden ones at breakfast table. Also room was not serviced at all over the weekend, however reception staff were helpful to prevent a roll of toilet paper and clean set of towels.

Not much, car parking spaces in front of sea view apartments on ground floor a shame but apart from that, it was great.

Location right opposite the beach and handy for Bunbury. Really specious apartments with great facilities.

I liked everything however my son didn't sleep well because of the howling wind. I guess being so close tp the coast you get that in winter. This obviously was not the fault of the hotel.

I liked how roomy the apartment was and the facilities provided were clean . Staff were friendly and having a cafe for breakfast close by was a bonus

Just a couple of things, the TV has no internet access, so you can't even cast to the TV. Ended up watching movies on our phone as they only had free-to-air. And we only received two towels, which is not enough for two people.

The room was clean, welcoming and modern. The shower was amazing and we had partial sea views, which was not expected but a wonderful surprise. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is beautiful 😍

The evacuation due to a fire alarm on a cold, wet night was a bit inconvenient — especially since it turned out to be a false alarm — but on the bright side, it was reassuring to know the alarm system works.

The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the view overlooking the ocean.

We were on the third floor which doesn't have a roof, so unable to go onto balcony when it was raining.

1. The toilet seat is not the right size. It’s at least 1.5inch smaller and shifted to one side. 2. The room photos in booking.com shown with a sofa, stove in the kitchen and washing machine, they are now available so it’s misleading.
