This hotel is a relatively new and renovated establishment. We absolutely loved staying there. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. You have the hotel on the ground floor, with the bars, tab,dining etc. The free breakfast is a bonus, with lots of variety. We had a family party in the party room. It was perfect for us, as we were staying upstairs. We also made us of the shopping centre which is across the road, and a nice place to shop. Our car was securely parked in a special area. We enjoyed staying near our family who live in a nearby suburb. It's a great choice for the suburbs of Brisbane.

Personal preference but the pillows were not very comfy. Also the buffet breakfast could be better.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed it again. The rooms are fantastic and very clean. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The pub downstairs in great and it makes it a really fun place to stay overnight.

Everyone was so helpful, even though we had a million questions the staff were eager to help. The room was very clean and the cleaning crew came to clean the room while we were away and did not touch any of our things. Very trustworthy. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious.

There was no staff on have to ask a question this visit. last time we stayed there was a staff member to ask questions.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything at the Brook was clean and comfortable. The bistro had affordable and tasty meals, and the Continental breakfast was excellent. Location was handy too, close to a big shopping centre and the family I was visiting. The train station is a short walk away and bus transport is good.

This is my second stay, room is cute and clean, very comfortable bed. Bar and restaurant comes with a good vibe. I'll be back to stay.

Meals were sub standard 2 nights of four, ordrered a bit later, but well within advertised hours, felt kitchen staff had 'clocked off'.

Tbe gated parking....needs to not be automatic to drive out because if someone gets in your car they can just drive out.

Our room only had one chair and one stool, otherwise seating was on the bed. Not a biggy for a two night stay…just feedback.

The reception staff were great, helpful and informative. The welcome to the room, a lovely personalised note and chocolate bar. I felt welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary continental breakfast was lovely, simple but sufficient (with hot breakfast available for purchase). The bed was very comfortable!

The noise level from the bar/restaurant outdoor area was a bit of an issue especially on the Saturday night.

We chose The Brook because it had a restaurant & bar, free parking & had a high-rating, plus only 20mins from the airport. We were pleasantly surprised at how modern it was! From the outside it doesn't look like much, but the minute you walk in, WOW!!! Love the vibrancy, colours & textures used throughout! Bonuses - Sports-bar, Gaming area, kids indoor & outdoor areas, spacious 1bdrm apartment with complimentary chocolates & personalised welcome card, awesome menu selection of delicious food & drinks, plus discount vouchers on drink / food. Easy check-in & out! Will definitely stay here again!
