the screen door didnt lock, main door didnt seem secure. there was no arial, it was very noisy with road traffic and all the gates around the property seemed to always slam closed. lights outside seemed to stay on all night.

the main bed was comfy and it was clean. had the essential required items.

Too much light at night. Only enough hot water for two people. The third person on the sofa bed had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.

It was close to the Broadwater, easy to access. Staff pleasant. The pool and BBQ area looked well maintained.

Mould in bathroom. Excessive road noise, this was warned about however the old sliding door kept little of it out. Floor was filthy, felt yuck with bare feet. Room not serviced in 4 nights, had to leave rubbish in the corridor and towels were getting smelly. Shower leaked and soaked the shower mat every use. Shower ran out of hot water after 10 minutes. There was half a wall missing. Air-conditioner had a bright display which the remote could not turn off. Made it difficult getting a toddler to sleep.

Staff member was fantastic and helpful. location was very convenient for what we needed. bed was comfy enough. Room had been renovated recently however it looked like my 2 year old had done it.

Felt like a residential block of units, traffic noise was bad, internet kept dropping out, making watching streaming impossible, missing bathroom window was replaced with a plastic cutting board🙄.

The place was comfortable but in general, it needs good maintenance. Our gate wasn’t shutting properly which was a bit unsafe considering having our toddler with us. The appliances were old and the toilet door had a gap between it and the door frame. The ironing table was very old and the front yard had an exposed soil area where there were hard sticky dry plants sticking out and was unsafe for my toddler to go out barefoot (to and from the swimming pool). I actually injured the bottom of my foot because of that. TV and AC were functioning well though.

The location in general and the convenience of having the pool right at our doorstep was very nice.

The beds were clean, however the floors were sticky, the cupboards had marks on them, the room looked shabby- grout was dirty, dents in the wall, terrible paint job.

The pool was amazing and the beds were comfy.

The bedroom when we woke up was so hot the block out curtains did nothing and we woke up not feeling great and the noise of people and music yet it was said no parties and people did and nothing was as said to them
