The rooms could have been cleaned better , we found old food wrappers from other guests in places but otherwise fine. I would also like to mention, I thought it was cheeky that on the advertising photos the rooms look very modern, carpeted and like they've had an upgrade but our apartment wasn't like this at all and was quite dated with old furniture, tiles and an old carpet. While it was absolutely fine and functional for our purposes with plenty of space I thought it was cheeky that it was advertised as being super modern when it's not.

Located in a nice quiet area, great pool facilities, apartment was a good size and we'll equipped. Had everything we needed.

I booked 2 units as close together as possible. The second unit was 3 buildings away from us. There was no prior warning that the parking was only 1.9 high and very limited over high vehicle spaces. My only issues.

The units were great, and the facilities were good too. The pools and the spas in particular were fantastic.

Getting woken up at 6.10 every morning because of the building site just next to our room.

We had a "special request" for a cot through booking.com which they said they "never received" so they charged us $15 per night on arrival for the cot.

Location was great. Apartment was great, very spacious and clean. Bed was really comfortable. All round great stay.

The units can vary in some ways regarding what's in the kitchen area. Our unit this time was quite light on with some of the cutlery and crockery etc (but this is not always the case).

Have stayed here many times. Pool and bbq and grounds are fabulous. Everything is well kept (although the facility is a littled aged). Location is so central to public transport, shopping, beach, restaurants and casino. The staff are amazing and very helpful.

I had a contractor stay with his family for work and he was not informed about visitor parking onsite (as he arrived late around 11pm) and as I was visiting I was met with an extremely blunt and rude admin staff right off the bat, aggressively telling me that I couldn't park there as a visitor and that I needed to apply for a permit... to use a visitor parking space... I understand you can't have people parking everywhere, but if she was nice and mentioned it in a respectful way, it would have been totally fine. Instead I was met with a really angry lady that has dampened the whole experience. Over a parking space with VISITOR written on it that I used for maybe 45 minutes - Not to mention off peak in the middle of winter. I'm sure in the fine print there's a section on visitor parking but I've never had to get a permit or apply for the space ever in my life - I fully understand individual properties having their own rules too but I don't understand the hostility from staff as we were both unaware. It was hardly a big deal but if that's how she reacts to something like that, then hospitality isn't for you mate.

The apartment we were allocated wasn’t as toddler safe as I would have liked, lots of items, equipment and decor that i had to move around to be able to relax - not a huge problem in the grand scheme of things! The light in the walk in robe wasn’t working which was inconvenient at times.

The location and overall feel of the accommodation was just what we needed for our family getaway! Loved the pool areas!

- The rooms were a little tired and need some updating but for the price-point didn’t affect us. - We had two apartments, one near the pool which was excellent but the other backed on to the new high rise building which is under construction and building works started at 6:30am every morning including Saturday which wasn’t ideal 😓,this isn’t the properties fault at all but still put a dampener on the trip unfortunately.

- Spacious Appartments - Location was close to the beach and walking distance to cafes, restaurants and pacific fair. - The pool and spa areas were excellent for the kids…. Well kept and the BBQs came in handy!

facilities (pool, bbq area, car parking) and location were excellent. Kids had a great time and seeing all the other families around us also having a great time. Location was very handy to shopping, the beach and transport, with plenty of coffee places around us for a morning coffee.

The facilities for the kids are awesome, there’s so many different pool and the bbq area and kids playground being close together makes it easy to watch the kids while cooking some snags!

Everything about the property was amazing and especially the big pool where all the kids could swim Open later than most pools in New South Wales so that was amazing. The barbecue area was fantastic for families.
