It would have been nice to have a chair to sit on inside instead of the bed. A bedside lamp would have been good and having a microwave oven.

All was nice clean and comfortable. Glad there was a restaurant as part of this motel.

Wifi is poor. Due to car issues we needed assured communication to arrange our car to be towed. The guy on reception tried to be helpful, but those in management were not helpful. Given the cost of this accommodation, for what you get, and our need for assistance, this was disappointing.

The man on reception (was he French?) was very helpful. The cabins are basic but clean and comfortable. The food was okay but expensive for what it was. There is not much choice of accommodation in that Reggie area.

Our room was small with a noisy fridge and air conditioner. Switched both off to sleep. Noisy due to trucks on the main road.

The meals at the restaurant were good.

The freezer section in the tiny fridge in our room was completely iced up, hadn't been defrosted for ages, in fact there were still icy bricks in there that someone else had had to leave behind due to them becoming frozen in! Because my hubby is coeliac, we travel with all our own food & make our own meals so he doesn't become ill, so we really rely on having a usable fridge, as well as the ability to refreeze our coolie bricks ready to keep our food cold in our eskies during the following day's travel. When we explained our situation to the staff, they sent someone to our room, who made a token effort to knock the ice out of the freezer, but was unable to do anything to help. They refused to change us to another room, saying they were fully booked, eventually when we insisted we needed to refreeze our coolie bricks overnight, they agreed to put them in their own freezer overnight. For $160 for the night, we definitely expected better facilities and service than this!

Property pretty tired & house keeping needs some more attention. Room $190 for 1 person. Unleaded 91 fuel at $3 litre & some groceries $26.15 ( box of cheese crackers, packet of ginger nuts & snake lollies). Whilst I understand the cost of operating the remote location but would consider this is typical of the ongoing POST COVID CASHGRAB evident across so much of the tourist industry.

Travelling around Australia on my motorbike & have stayed at plenty of different motels. Location was handy, bed ok, shower hot, parking at front of the room was good.

Can be noisy during the evening with road train traffic passing and pulling in to the facility. Expensive for what it is but in the middle of nowhere so…

Good position to break 2 long days of travel across the Nullabor. Pub style meals available at the accomodation.
