The Villa was very clean and the beds are very comfortable . We stayed in the 3 bedroom here. We really like the bathroom, it is beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was good. We stayed for 1 night just to break a long drive from QLD to Sydney. This is a really nice place to stay, we would definitely recommend this accommodation.

If I had to ctiticise, the only thing I would say would be, the studio room needs a range hood over the stove, there was an empty papert towel roll left and the main fan didn't work, probably just needed new batteries.

Was very spacious, Gavin was freindly and couldn't do enough and the location for what we needed was great. Will be happy to go back.

What did we like? EVERYTHING! From driving in and being greeted by Mark, shown the property and the amenities, to lounging on the beautifully manicured lawns, while our dog investigated the gardens and watched the chickens. Breakfast was the highlight, Mark and Gavin truly know the meaning of a Bed and Breakfast.

Absolutely no complaints.

The property is perfect for us and our little dogs, with a fantastic expanse of lawn and garden for them to explore and us to wander in. There is also a pool which was so welcome this weekend. Gavin and Mark are the most hospitable hosts. They couldn't do enough for us, including fresh flowers for our studio, fresh produce from their garden, and their wonderful company at the pool. This is our second stay at this property with Gavin and Mark as hosts, and we will keep coming back.

Gavin and Mark made me feel very welcome. They warmly greeted both myself and my dog Lexi. They tailored breakfast to our likings-me vegetarian, Lexi chicken filet. My breakfast was perfect, fresh produce locally sourced and replenished for day 2's breakfast. The bed was massive and very comfortable. Both overhead fans and air conditioning ensured a comfortable studio temperature at all times. The villa is divided into kitchen/dining, living and bed space (separate bathroom), so felt spacious and provided seating options. The bathroom was also spacious, and I particularly appreciated the easy access shower. Plenty of towels and lovely toiletry products provided. The large lawn gave Lexi plenty of space to exercise -much needed after the long drive. A subtropical paradise that is a sanctuary of peace, calm and kindness. Thank you to Gavin and Mark for looking after Lexi and I - it was an absolute treat.

My pillows were a little too high for my small shoulders :) Definitely needed the aircon... which they provided.

My room was not a room... but a spacious apartment, with a large, lovely double-volume lounge, modern kitchen, nice bathroom and fab view of a beautiful pool area. Great aircon and fan, thankfully. Parking was under-cover, well lit and super close to my room. Loved the hosts. My dog Banjo loved the stunning secure, open, manicured garden!! I'd highly recommend this property.

It was so quiet and very close to the party we were attending. We were made very welcome and our hosts even let us check in early. We were able to have a swim in the lovely pool and enjoy the gardens. The breakfast was perfect, bacon and home grown eggs, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes and toast. There were chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. Gavin and Mark were wonderful hosts. They even spoilt us with some fresh eggs to take home. The cottage was so spacious and comfortable.

Such a lovely place to stay with your pet. The fish tacos for dinner were delicious and the fridge was stock with a lovely selection of breakfast options. Mark even delivered us 6 farm fresh eggs to take with us. Thank you Gavin and Mark we will definately be back.

There was nothing we didn't like and this is a poor question. You said what could have been better!! A smaller fry pan would have been good to cook scrambled eggs.

Breakfast options were excellent. Room size was very good. If we had more time we would have enjoyed the vast outside areas.
