The cottage was secluded, quiet, and a short walk from the beach, and had everything you need for a couple of nights. The hosts were lovely and left us some delicious granola and fruit for our stay. They also gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat around Byron. We’d definitely stay again!

We got eaten alive by mosquitoes three minutes into checking in. Make sure you wear covering clothes before making your way in so you can get them before they get you ! Also, no plug in the bathroom and the next plug is too far away from any mirror, not ideal if you want to style your hair.

Lovely unit a stone's throw away from the beach (even though this side of the coast is a bit too rough to have a swim), in a quiet, green neighborhood. The little studio is decorated with taste and feels like a little haven of peace, we felt right at home :). We only saw Gyan upon checking out but had a great conversation, she's such a lovely lady!

Amazing location, just a couple of minutes of walk from a beautiful beach - much nicer and less crowded then the main beach. I loved going to bed and hearing the waves! The owners are absolutely amazing, such kind people. They prepared some welcome treats for the stay - fruits and a delicious home made granola with milk, they even asked if I prefer cow or plant based. Not in the city center, which for me was an advantage, still walkable distance (30 mins) or a bike ride will do. Overall, this feels like a please for retreat. Thank you!

Since the house is surrounded by trees, it doesn’t get a lot of sunlight, but it still feels comfortable. I stayed right after a cyclone, so the ground seemed to be holding a lot of moisture. It took a long time for my hand-washed T-shirts and towels to dry. But that’s about it!

There is a quiet and beautiful beach nearby where I could watch the sunrise and moonrise every day. The owner, Gyan, is a very kind and lovely person. She prepared some light snacks, fruits, and drinks. The kitchen was well-equipped with seasonings, so I was able to cook. It’s a very convenient house.

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely private and quiet place just 200m from the beach away from the usual hustle and bustle of Byron but only a short 5min drive away from the town centre. Great host and lovely touch to find some treats in the fridge.

What a perfect little place to stay by the beach! A 2 minute walk to the water - perfect for getting up early for sunrise (which I did at least 3 times!). It has everything you need and it’s in a quiet street as well. Thank you G + S for such a welcoming stay!

A lovely self contained cabin, surrounded by palms and backing onto the beach reserve. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. A good bed, plenty of towels (even beach towels) and excellent quality toiletries. A quiet oasis in busy Byron Bay, but minutes away from the town hub.

Close to everything, but far enough away from the main streets that it was peaceful. Thank you to Gyan and Si for looking after me and making my stay the restful escape I didn't know I needed. I loved the little touches. The soap is divine :) It was good to unplug for a few days. Feeling recharged. Bless💖
