Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe one room in the apartment was not the cleanest but we had to ring reception twice for someone to clean it as it wasn't done properly, they did rectify it in the end. There was no hoover in the room otherwise we could have one it ourselves.
The beds were comfy and the swimming pool was right outside our rooms on the patio which was nice. We were on the edge of the town which was a 10-15minute walk away. The parking was free. The sunsets were amazing. Highly recommend the plane ride over the Whitsundays.

AustraliaBathroom was dangerous. Spa bath with shower very slippery. We had to buy a rubber mat for our own safety. We left it in the unit for the next tenant. Fridge freezer was full of ice. Apartments need refurbishing. Power switch in entry foyer gave an electrical shock every time we touched it. Reported to front desk and was fixed same day.
View was excellent and so was the pool. BBQ facilities were great as well

AustraliaIt’s outdated , the bottom of vanity is all rottted away. Stepping into a bath to have a shower is a safety issue. The whole property smells of mildew n mold. The air conditioner vents need cleaning as do the bathroom window. I have a lung disease and these molds n spaws can make me worse. Spa n Pool needs safety rails cause when people have had breaks n falls you need to be able to help pull yourself up to take pressure of your ankles .

AustraliaAccommodation is in a handy location - about a 10 or 15 minute walk into the centre of airlie beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool is decent and the heated spa is very nice. It’s on a steep hill and unfortunately my partner suffered a fall during wet conditions. We continued about our day as normal but she has been feeling some neck pain. I didn’t notice any signage stating that the surface can be slippery when wet. The Sebel should consider actioning this. Overall a great stay but definitely take care on the hill.
