The only thing that needs improving is the WiFi, it didn’t work in our cottage & the internet coverage for Telstra didn’t work well in the area.

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Kids loved feeding the animals and the big jumping pillow was a hit! We will definitely be back

Our shower in unit one was not working properly so had to fill a cup up with water to wash ourselves.

Honestly, there wasn't anything we'd change.

We loved our stay at the Discovery Park in Margaret River. the staff were quick to respond to questions, were happy, professional and courteous. We loved our little cabin, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids were happy with the bouncy pillows and animals and their bunk beds and the activity books reception gave us for the rainy days.

Signage around the property could be improved, for example regarding the animal feeding when it is wet weather.

Great facilities for families. Being able to hire the 'schoolhouse' is a great feature for a special event/gathering.

The wifi was quite slow and at times we struggled for phone reception.

Location and the cabin. Such a good place for kids with plenty of activities. The cabin is perfect for a family with young kids. We were made to feel welcome at all times.

My stay was to short.

Great customer service.. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin, it was immaculate, full kitchen, very warm inviting. There were activity books, lollipops and popcorn on table for the children😊 Nice

My only complaint is our cabin didn't have doonas on the kids beds (in winter). Luckily our friends next door had spares. Also the mop head on the mop was broken. Very minor things...

I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. My expectations were low. It was basic, cosy and exceptionally clean, which is all you need in Margaret River. The cabin had sufficient loo roll, rubbish bags, good tea /coffee and kitchen facilities, inc salt and pepper sachets. The internet is poor (if you're hoping to do work/stream anything..) - 4G with one bar. Will definitely return to this park.

The location is peaceful & the outlook over the farm is lovely. The cabin was well fitted out for all our needs.

we did not receive the check-in information such as the key box password since we arrived after 5pm. We are lucky that one of the tenants opened the box for us to retrieve our cabin keys. the electric grill is tricky to use since the stove heat went out after a few minutes and need to be restarted. we are also, unsure how to clean the stove properly

I like the kids playground and the availability of the common electric stove. the cabin has good space and sufficient utensils for a family staycation.

Everything was fine, we like the surrounding very much. The only thing tat we don't Like is the house don't have fan only one Aircon, is summer So we find a bit hot for us.
