Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeNothing much, there was one whole date time with no power, we climbed up and down five floors, stayed with emergency light until 8 PM. In our day, some days need to insist on them for the room cleaning.
Easy access to the nearby station and bus stops to reach the tourist spots. The room size is good for a family of four. A kitchenette gives options for reheating food with a small dining table. You shall connect the TV to enjoy your series or continue your movies as you are using your account to connect.

United StatesOlder property, not accessible. It was difficult to get our luggage to/from the room as there were a few steps at the entrance to the hotel as well as our room. The room wasn't the cleanest with leftover food from a prior guest under the sofa. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.
Accomodation is spacious and the location is good, close to attractions and restaurants. Museum station is a short walk. Grocery stores very close by. With very few 2-bedroom options available, it worked out ok for us.

SingaporeSound proofing could be better. Windows faced the building opposite, which looked unoccupied.. But otherwise had a safe and relatively comfortable stay.
Very convenient location - near good train stations and amazing spots (eg the Cathedral). Room was very spacious. Ktichenette is lightly equipped, sufficient for preparing very simple meals or prepacked meals. Bathroom was generally clean, with an overhead heating lamp (never seen these in any hotel before!) that kept me warm and comfortable in the cold weather!
