Nothing much, there was one whole date time with no power, we climbed up and down five floors, stayed with emergency light until 8 PM. In our day, some days need to insist on them for the room cleaning.

Easy access to the nearby station and bus stops to reach the tourist spots. The room size is good for a family of four. A kitchenette gives options for reheating food with a small dining table. You shall connect the TV to enjoy your series or continue your movies as you are using your account to connect.

Older property, not accessible. It was difficult to get our luggage to/from the room as there were a few steps at the entrance to the hotel as well as our room. The room wasn't the cleanest with leftover food from a prior guest under the sofa. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.

Accomodation is spacious and the location is good, close to attractions and restaurants. Museum station is a short walk. Grocery stores very close by. With very few 2-bedroom options available, it worked out ok for us.

Visible mould on the blinds in the bathroom. Dust build up on the bed backboards and underneath beds. Needs a good deep clean.

minor housekeeping could be improved. eg only 2 satchets of coffee, towels were thin, duvet had a suspicious-looking brown stain and I had to chromecast just to get some local tv channels, but I wasn't there to stay inside so all things above were very minor inconveniences.

I wish it had a bath and a few extra mini bar options and no plugs next to the bed … however I then found them under the bed when checking out maybe make that more obvious or secure them

The reception sitting area is very small, it is hard to walk when someone sit on the sofa in front of the reception desk.

The rooms are clean and the staff are helpfull with our luggage. We came early and able to leave the luugages in the hotel till the time for check in. Will stay here again in the future

Sound proofing could be better. Windows faced the building opposite, which looked unoccupied.. But otherwise had a safe and relatively comfortable stay.

Very convenient location - near good train stations and amazing spots (eg the Cathedral). Room was very spacious. Ktichenette is lightly equipped, sufficient for preparing very simple meals or prepacked meals. Bathroom was generally clean, with an overhead heating lamp (never seen these in any hotel before!) that kept me warm and comfortable in the cold weather!

No gym. No real public spaces. No breakfast. The restaurant is open only for few ours in the morning.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, located in walking distance from night life and tourist attractions. Nice small kitchen in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was convenient for our purposes and relatively well located. While it was comfortable enough, we didn’t find it particularly good value for money — though Sydney is generally expensive anyway.
