Staff were excellent, checking and restaurant on Thursday 28th. Room comfortable. Key pad entry meant we didn't have to worry about key or card when we left early.

They have a six-digit room code rather than a key. It is a bit cumbersome entering the code; needed a torch to see the keypad at night (the phone torch came in handy). A four digit code might be easier to remember and punch in.

Did not have breakfast. This was a quick overnight stay for a conference next day. The room was extremely comfortable and had a desk and chair so I could use my laptop for some work. They even had a small desk lamp which helped. It was a cold night, so the air conditioner was on first thing in the morning and warmed the room up nicely. Overall value for this stay was excellent.

In the booking app facilities description, is says the pool is heated. But the pool area needs to have more attention. It was NOT heated as mentioned. Not much facilities in the pool area

Lovely room, very comfortable bed, secure, door with code, the pool an added bonus since we were there on very hot days. Nice to have inner sanction where we sat for our breakfast at round table and chairs. (Inside had desk one office chair and 2 stools under bench) Aircon worked well. Didn’t use restaurant but it looked popular on weekend.

Pool area dated, no lounges and pool fence was dirty and pool steps slippery. Did love the pool as a hot day. Back door was old and hard to open and could not be locked from outside.

The rooms are quite small. The chef was on holidays so no morning breakfast except for the manager putting out a continental spread. One bedlight didn’t work, we told the staff but no replacement was given.

Carpets need to be replaced. They were pretty gross and I didn't like walking on them barefoot. Bathroom area was a bit run-down. Pictures are a lot better than reality.

Easy to find, not too far from the shops. Quiet location. Well priced. Good size tv. Good shower pressure.

No cutlery or crockery to eat our continental breakfast. Why have a toaster if there is no plate for your toast?

The pool was a definite plus after travelling on a near 40 degree day. The bed was comfortable and fantastic to have a ceiling fan in the room when the air conditioner got too cold. Room was noise free from the main road traffic too.

Breakfast was very poor,a ready packed box with a biscuit,carton milk,carton juice and small packet of cereal.

I didn’t like that there is no toaster or any sort of cutlery. The pillows were also very uncomfortable but I guess that’s expected with a hotel.

I loved the friendly receptionist and the cleaning ladies, all very polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the pool was great, also had a fan and air conditioning.

Location was perfect for us, as all we needed was dinner and bed. The restaurant had very good food, lovely staff and very clean.
