The property was in such a great location, easy to walk everywhere and with a Woolies and BWS just across the road. Really well looked after, clean, and very cute. The balcony was fabulous and sunny and the thoughtful touches were great.

Nothing not to like. View was excellent. Apartment has that wow factor.very homely at the same time. Breakfast and other provisions,were a very good quality. . Close to trams all with easy access, close to every thing

Really lovely unit! Fantastic view. Had a really enjoyable comfortable 2 night stay. Loved the cereal and milk left for us. Although in a main road as very quiet and private.

The whole process was made very easy and stress free by the hosts, from start to finish everything had been thought of, the considerations given by the hosts to ensure our stay was perfect really helped us and set this apart form other places we have stayed.

Breakfast goods adequate for 2/3 day stay max- may need replenishing for longer stays. Take your key and phone when you put bins/ recycling out, as the lock is waiting to be fixed, and you can get locked out.

Stunning views. Spotlessly clean. Very well thought out/ decorated/ equipped. Convenient location. Nice selection of goodies left for guests. Absolutely loved our stay there, and would use again.

Location, vistas - amazing views of the city and the beach (really is exactly as presented in photos) lots of extra creature comforts - Myki, Brekky provisions, free parking etc. loved it had real plants (pls remember to water if hot) Nothing to dislike - will def come back again!!!

For the site, the herritage aspects of the building were quaint and well worth the processes needed, entry stairs, lift, amenity proximity, parking and recycling were not a feature of 1880 st kikda plannings, so not really a not liked, but just what you get where you are, the incumberance is made the most convenient possible

Great location, quite amazing view across Albert Park and Melbourne cbd. Very comfy bed, carefully thought out lounge, dining, balcony and bathroom.

The weather! No seriously we loved it all. Maybe just check the detergent drawer for the washing machine, under the bathroom sink as it was a bit tricky to open. Maybe add a small footstool in the lounge and my husband did miss having a Tele in the lounge area rather than the bedroom. Personal preference. This is being very picky. A truly excellent apartment.

Lots of healthy options for breakfast. A cafe, bakery downstairs that sold artisan bread and decent coffee. Lots of great places to visit in the info book, which was clear and detailed. Attention to details were everywhere. Little extras to snack on a bottle of wine there if needed. Owners we’re easy to contact and super helpful. Great attention to being environmentally active. Loved all of the plants. Close to all amenities, transport and entertainment. Our hosts were wonderful to deal with. Thank you.

A couple of things 1. It would have been good to have 2 sets of keys for the apartment as we were there on business and we were on different time schedules to get in and out if the apartment 2. Whilst the kitchenette was adequately supplied a sharp knife for cutting would be a good addition

Exceptional attention to detail! Everything you need is provided, and even things you didn't know you needed are provided. Location is perfect & the view across parkland to the city is wonderful. Walk downstairs to a great bakery & coffee or up the road to Ramen, Italian, beautiful breakfast cafes, or straight onto a tram to the city. We had the most wonderful weekend. Best View is now our Melbourne place to stay. Thank you Eswen & Duncan great hosts.

Great location, very tidy and clean. Provisions for breakfast were great and a welcome botlle of wine made it just perfect. Double glazing windows made the apartment quiet & relaxing. The view from the balcony is espectacular! The host was very accommodating with our arrival time, priceless! We would definitely stay there again.

Nothing, place was perfect!

Lovely apartment, conveniently located - 2 minute walk from the tram, very short walk to shops/bars/coffee shops and the park. Great balcony views for sunset. Hosts were super responsive and accomodating, had everything we could have needed laid out from tote bag & umbrella, to transport cards & sunscreen. Highly recommended!
