As we are elderly, we found the top floor location of our unit difficult. I had requested a ground floor unit at time of booking, and didn’t realise until we arrived that this was not available for us.

That milk was not provided for morning cuppa's - even just a little long life one would have sufficed. A clothes airing rack to put a bath towel, & beach towels, or if needed to hang washing. A chest of drawers & a chair in the bedroom. A floor mat inside, & bedside rug.

Gardens & surrounds were lovely & very well looked after. Very comfortable pocket coil bed. Clean. Fabulous location - very handy to convenience stores, chemist, restaurants, take-aways etc. Beautiful beach.

No milk was provided even though Tea and Coffee was - even a long-life milk capsule would have been appreciated. Items from previous guests were found in apartment - togs in dryer, reading glasses on bench that should have been moved to a lost property and hopefully previous person notified. Kitchen items present in apartment varied to other identical apartments. From plates to cups and cutlery there is a large inconsistency.

Apartment handy to Pacific Fair, Tram, Restaurants and beach. Bed was comfortable.

Beds weren't very comfortable and you couldn't shut the door of the room with 2 beds due to there not being enough space with both beds

Good size kitcken, although the utensils and cooking utensils need replacing. The frying pan was old, the handle was very loose, and everything stuck to it. Bathroom cold tap could not turn on.

For the price I would expect better amenities and higher level of cleaniness. Floors were very sandy, limited towels and plastic bags for bins.

They organised a plumber to fix a leaking tap in the room we were assigned and got told the time they were arriving - then no show. Had to deal with the leaking dripping tap the remainder of the holiday.

The apartment could do with a modernisation. Bathroom and kitchen quite old with wear and tear. Bring your own fire stick for the TV.

Staff were great! Aircon worked and the place was clean. The location is good and it's probably value for money.
