Wasn’t the cleanest on arrival and lacked some extra amenities like broom/vacuum. No spare towels.

Location is great. Has mostly everything you need for a short holiday. Check in/out was easy and independent - didn’t need to see or contact anyone. Complex was quiet.

Lack of communication from staff upon arrival, although this was quickly resolved. We asked for extra towels but never got a response. The shower door leaked water so our bath mat was soaked after one shower. Would be good to have the basic hand wash essentials. Extra cleaning needed behind bed, wall and bed frame was very dusty

Dining room chairs are broken, one shape knife in draw is not enough, chipped bowls and plates, fan not working in bathroom to extract shower and dryer. One key to the apartment.

Good location to walk to and from Byron Bay town centre and avoid paying for parking at $5 per hour. The kitchen was good for cooking with a dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in apartment, bbq facilities, 2nd toilet near bbq area was handy. Lounge converted to a bed. The pool was good. Access to car park from apartment. Security of the whole complex. Very considerate facilities managers with may options to get access to keys on arrival and return key on departure. Air conditioning is great. The complex Wi-Fi signal is great in the apartment with no issues.

If you wanted to stream on TV the internet wasn’t up to it. The security gate on Shirley street was broken so therefore anyone could get in particularly into the garage plus the light at the gate wasn’t working so dark at night coming onto the property. While I understand the complex was reasonable old and we got a great size apartment but it lacked a bit of maintenance. We only had the key to the sliding door that was a bit tricky to open and shut. The single door had no key. Light over the hob didn’t work. The battery in the clock had stopped. Plus the sofa was fairly old and dusty. With a little bit of effort it could have been an outstanding place to stay. Still wouldn’t put me off booking it again.

Close to Town. Large apartment with seperate bedroom, washing machine/ dryer. Comfy bed. Good size bathroom/laundry. Kitchen well equipped except maybe a water jug. Quiet but only because we had a back apartment away from the main road. That’s important.

Difficult to get in contact with staff regarding check in and leaving bags, no staff at desk and no answer to phone calls/texts. Suggest providing oil for cooking with included basic amenities.

Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to beach and Main Street, also close to North Byron, Belongil beach and bus stop. Room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful bathroom and balcony.

No microwave, main bedroom was small with little place for suitcase storage or hanging clothes, bathroom shower had no door so bathroom floor in particular in front of the toilet was always wet. We had a van so had to park out on the street and it was very steep and slippery getting up onto the footpath. No accessibility for mobillity impaired.

The beds were very comfortable and clean. The balcony was lovely to have breakfast on, and the TV was large and easy to work.

If we booked again, we would book a poolside apartment as ours overlooked the front of the property and the main road. The bedroom is set back in the layout, so the noise was not too disturbing, but sitting on the balcony was not so relaxing at busy times.

This apartment is handy for the town and beach at Byron Bay. It is well equipped and spacious, has its own pool and BBQ area, plus has secure underground parking on site. We really liked the vibe of Byron Bay and this was a great base from which to enjoy the topwn and explore th surrounding area.

The street noise was terrible. I would definitely book there again but only if I could get an apartment that didn't face directly on to the main road. The traffic never stops.

We honestly couldn’t fault this place!

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect! It was so close to everything! Only a 10minute walk to Main beach!!! It was so clean and the bed was so comfortable! We will definitely be back☺️

The location was great, with an easy short walk to the shops/restaurants/beach. The apartment was clean, spacious & had all the facilities we needed for our stay. There was an issue with the curtain rail when we arrived, but after contacting the staff, someone came to check & it was quickly resolved.

Nothing other than bed was a bit too soft.
