Couldn't work out how to order room service. The spp didn't work when scanned. And there is no ipad in room that we could see?

From the moment you walk into the foyer. The visual appearance has a beautiful resort style feel. The staff are so lovely. I stayed in a twin room. The beds were super comfy and we were lucky to have a view of the beautiful sunrise every morning. The pool area was beautiful with the restaurant there.

Room was small and there was only one mirror which was behind the vanity in the bathroom and difficult to get close to. I was disappointed to discover the bathroom products (body wash, shampoo, etc.) were not Australian made!

Lovely modern decor and good sized bathroom with all amenities, nice outlook to the park and secure undercover parking. CC's Bar & Grill was exceptional.

Paid for parking but when arriving in the parking lot it was full, so we had to go around to the residence parking which was a little annoying with lots to carry (not the end of the world though). Also wish more thought was put into the placement of the pool, it gets absolutely no sun in the afternoon frustratingly!

Staff were helpful, hotel was extremely clean, the location was fantastic and after a nightmare stay elsewhere in Cairns that we had to leave after night one, this place saved our holiday!

Rooms a tad small, but you don't spend much time in them. No bedside PowerPoint or table... very minimal, yet nicely decorated.

Happy Hour! $9 margaritas and tacos to start the evening off on the right foot. Located pool side only accessible by hotel guests. Location is perfect to access the best of the city, all within walking distance. Free movies on demand! Great pod coffee.

Housekeeping often missed things - bed not pushed back against the wall, insufficient loo paper. I question why, for a supposed ‘green’ hotel, the towels were changed every day.

Excellent location, contemporary, calm, quiet and clean. The room was a perfect size with a wonderful view over the inlet. Loved the variety of art too.

The staff gave us different answers to the same question and one staff member lied to us about a request and said there was nothing we could do. When we asked a second staff member he told us the complete opposite and was confused by the first answer we received. The pool is far smaller than in the pictures, and tucked away in the shade. Not really as nice as the pictures make it seem. The Mexican restaurant on the 3rd floor is pretty awful. I’ve been served better guacamole in a premade airplane meal.

The hotel is very modern and clean, the reception area takes advantage of the great weather in Cairns by being half inside half outside. The location is perfectly close to the beach and many restaurants. The beds were VERY comfy, I slept like a baby every night. The shower was perfect temperature and pressure, couldn’t ask for anything more. While there are a couple small complaints, the room itself was 10/10 perfect and there was nothing more than we needed.

Great staff and location. Rooms clean and spacious. We had a 3 bedroom - great for families. Loved sitting out on the balcony. Close to restaurants and shops. Would stay again.
