Great views, well kept clean premises with everything we needed. Lovely place to stay for a getaway in the stunning Whitsundays

Arrived on a Saturday and reception was closed. We were advised that keys were in a locked box outside. Located easily but wrong name on the envelope. Had to call number provided at reception and they said yeah it’s yours. Bit of confusion there. We were in Unit 5 on the ground floor. Unit is very dark and subsequently the main bedroom and ensuite located at the back of the unit were musty and had a damp smell. Bathrooms are very dated. Very basic decor. Very much in need of renovations and a general spruce up.Kitchen was well appointed and good lounge area . Balcony was large with various seating arrangements and overlooking the pool area.

Location was fantastic. Close to shops and the heart of Airlie. Easy drive down. Bit of a hike though if you are walking up the hill home. Great views even from the ground floor unit right out to the water. Easy access from the car park to unit.

Only one little issue the trip switch for electric in the kitchen went off took us a while to find electric box to turn back on but it was only a little issue.

Clean, everything supplied that you needed, well decorated and beds comfortable. Accommodation situated near beaches shops etc and the local people were very kind and friendly. Lovely pool to swim in.

The tv was not always working on abc or iview, the shower didn't have enough pressure and needs to be updated. It would be nice if there was more service in the apartment resort like a shuttle to town.

I liked the size of the kitchen, spa and view. And the close proximity to the town. About a 12min walk down the hill.

The kitchen was sparsely supplied with utensils, dishwashing liquid etc. We had to buy a salt grinder. There were no coffee making facilities. For the price, I would expect a better equipped kitchen.

Good view, quiet location, easy parking and walking distance to the marina and main street.

The unit itself was a bit dated and could use updating. The sofas were quite dirty , one looked as though someone had had a bathroom accident on it. Every pot and pan plus cutlery were dirty , with foodstuff still attached , or smudged. The dishwasher smelled bad and did not wash properly,, I doubt it has ever been cleaned , which possibly explains why the pots and pans were dirty .

The views were great. It was quiet , the pools were nice.and it was close to the shops and restaurants . The management were friendly

Couldn’t fault it.

The 3 bed penthouse was spacious for a family of 5 with the bonus of 2 carpark spaces. The apartment was very quiet and the apartment was well appointed. The pools were great with one long enough for laps. The carpark was easy to access and use compared to other complexes where the parking can be pretty tight. The complex was well maintained. We loved the huge deck and spent alot of time taking in the view.

If I’m being picky… it was a little dusty upon arrival, mattress in master definitely needs an upgrade, charged $50 for checking in two hours early only to find one of the rooms were still locked and it took some time to have staff open. But all in all, very little to dislike - would recommend and would definitely return

The wifi was sometimes slow or cut out but nothing major. Still streamed tv to watch.

The view is amazing. The rooms were great, spacious, modern & very comfortable. Very easy & quick walk to the main st through Woolworths car park. We thought it would be difficult walking back up but it’s quite short distance. Nice quiet private place too.

Everything was great.

The apartment was the perfect size with lots of space for all guests. From the balcony we had a beautiful view out to the Whitsundays. The facilities were very good, we used the barbecues, pools and gyms. They were all very clean. The television was huge and the sofas were very comfy. Air conditioning and fans in every room was great.

There was a rotten sausage left in the microwave. General cleanliness wasn't very good. There was gum stuck to the bedside table. Dust on bedroom wall. Bathroom taps were covered in white residue. Wifi could be improved.

The only thing I could say was the spa in the pool, the water was not hot. But that is it.
