Its a B&B not a motel or short stay flat, so just make sure you understand that - but given I did know that it was very good overall.

Perfectly comfortable B&B just out of the main drag in Port. Lovely bed and room, great breakfast and welcoming hosts with good local knowledge and tips. Note: if you’re looking for a great place for dinner - go to Bills Fishhouse in town, exceptional local seafood cooked by talented young people eager to perfect their craft, an absolute gem.

Needed fresh towels had to use same towel for 3 days Wifi on room tv didn’t work No lighting outside house so hard to find at night cars parked close to driveway entrance again in dark hard to judge Outside patio needed cleaning had to check for spiders Needs to be explained more that the lounge area was communal and fringe also Breakfast was a bit of a let down thought we could have had eggs and bacon

Never saw hosts but I’m sure if there were issues we could have rang bell or called. We personally like more interaction & friendliness from the owners. Difficult to see entrance from road & not much info of local eateries & attractions etc.

Location was amazing & room very comfortable ! Lounge area with coffee machine , fridge & tea making facilities was spotless clean .Breakfast was delivered on tray to take back to room or eat on small deck area. Great for 2-3 night stay.

If you want breakfast you have to write it on paper until 5pm or something similar. So if you'll spend only one night at the apartment keep in mind you'll have to check in a bit early. The apartment was ready for us but we couldn't get ahold of the owner so we had to figure it out ourselves.

Visibility of the property at night returning from town was tricky. Not sure how that could be mitigated, so just take due care.

Unfortunately we missed the breakfast because the order had to be in by 5pm and we didn't arrive till 6. Maybe mention that in the description or email to let people know so they are aware.

When we arrived we weren’t sure where to go, other guests had made themselves very comfortable and guided us. Also, the bin was full with the previous guests rubbish in the bathroom, which we didn’t like. It was really noisy in the morning when the other guests got up and lots of noise from above. I missed not seeing the hosts and the lack of communication that I’ve come to expect from B & B’s.

Location seemed good, clean facilities, lovely sheets! Breakfast was nice. The property looked nice from the very short time we were here.

We needed a comfy bed and a quiet place for the night, as a break in our journey/business trip from Sydney to Queensland. We didn't stay for breakfast, which was included in the price, because we had a long drive ahead of us. Upon arrival, we were met by two very friendly and helpful people from the property. The room was clean and fresh and had everything we needed for an overnighter.

We didn’t meet any staff/proprietors. Everything was by signs, notes, messages. Breakfast was organised by filling in an order form the previous day and the food appeared in the communal area outside our room. It felt .. odd; no personal touch.

Excellent location near beaches. Comfortable clean and good provisions. Nice outside area for each room with table and chairs. Parking for all guests.
