Since this is an apartment hotel/building, in the morning, neighbours were leaving for studying or work. The door closes automatically with a bang, without any mute mechanism, so you might feel a bit noisy in the early morning if you want to sleep late. In the toilet, I hear a small and weird sound continuously; however, it can only be heard from the bathroom.

I lived there for the Sydney Marathon. It is one of the closest places to the starting point. It took us around 15 minutes to walk to the starting point on the race day (we had to take a detour due to a road closure); otherwise, it is a 5-minute walk from the building to the starting point. Since the race day starts very early at 6.30 and the gathering time is from 5 am to 6 am, this is definitely the place where you can have some benefits. The apartment building is also very nice in general with all the necessities, including washing machines. Some facilities are a bit outdated or worn out. For example, the shower spray is a bit loose, but it is a minor issue. The place is also not far from the metro, like a 5-minute walk. There are also Hungry Jack (Burger King) and Mcdonalds within 5-10 minute walk. But if you want to explore more of the city or CBD, then you may want to live a bit closer to the centre rather than North Sydney. Still, just one metro stop, you are in the city.

The showers were the only letdown; the water ran under the doors and wet the floor mat, so once you got out, the floor mat was soaking wet, and there was a puddle of water

The location was good; it wasn't our original booking, but it was amazing. The views were worth every sunset, every sunrise, were warm and cozy for the location and super quiet for being in a city.

Good views. Close to the Victoria Metro. IGA right outside. Lots of facilities to make you feel comfortable.

The frypan handle in the apartment was ready to come off! It was broken and very loose. Most other items in the apartment were modern, and in working order.

The close proximity to the bus, just outside the door, the metro wasn't far away either and the grocery shops were within walking distance. The streets were clean. There was a coffee shop just downstairs.

The cleaning schedule. We stayed 9 nights and during this period we did not have a visit from the cleaners.

Great location, 2 minute walk to the Metro or 10 minutes to the train station. Apartment was very comfortable and great service from John who was very responsive and accomodating.

I didn’t like that only half a toilet roll was left for us.Every other place I have stayed in leave you a spare.I don’t go on holiday to shop for toilet paper paper. I don’t expect personal toiletries but surely loo roll ,yes.

It had a separate lounge and bedroom ,a nice kitchen ,good view of surroundings .

WiFi speed and strength could be improved. Had to use 4g on many occasions to supplement. A few more basics would be helpful, eg a couple of dishwasher tablets, kitchen cloth etc

The floor needed a good scrub. One set of towels for 8 nights, 3 pillows and I was told to wash towels and buy toilet rolls as this is all we get. No streaming services.

The balcony was wonderful, kitchen had everything you needed, the water pressure in the shower was wonderful really strong, this property was close to everything and easy access to the bus and train. Our host went out of his way to accommodate us. We love Sydney.

Only one lift in operation and on Saturday 3 people moving out of an apartment on another level they blocked off the lift . rangehood not working.and door handle in one bedroom was installed up side down but apart from that great apartment
