The room was very small. Table and chairs would have been better than the desk. Nowhere comfortable to sit for breakfast. Is covid still a valid reason for no breakfast room?

Breakfast was toast and cereal - no fruit like other guests had mentioned. Check in was 3.30pm, not 3pm as advertised on Booking.com. Not personable, did not meet host during stay. Host went into room when we were not there, unsure why. Room for two people but only one chair and desk - no room to eat a meal.

Location was convenient and out the way. Bedroom was clean, shower pressure good. Access to microwave and fridge in shared kitchenette. Secure, lots of CCTV - maybe too much

The bread was extremely dry even if it was to be toasted & unsure about the milk! (Sunshine milk made up?) We had confusion over arrival times (3.30pm)as we had received an email via Booking.com, saying arrival from 2pm?

I think a small table & 2 chairs in the bedroom would work better than a desk with 1 chair.

Not major issues, but there was no hair-dryer available, and the continental breakfast was very basic, toast (a good selection of spreads provided) and cornflakes, there was no fruit or yoghurt or anything else.

When booking there was no mention that the pool was unavailable I booked this accommodation because it had a pool Also we had to eat our breakfast in our room the dining room was also unavailable which wasn't mentioned when booking we understand this is due to covid I would of liked to of been aware of this when booking

No where to sit to eat breakfast due to dining room being closed due to Covid (still), no tea making facilities in room only in communial kitchen which meant getting dressed to go out and get a cup of tea. Breakfast was basic. All contact via phone with a request on arrival for a photo of my credit card so that any 'damages' could be charged. Red flag I should have realised. Photos sent next day of 'damage' to towels and pillow case. I have coloured hair and it can sometimes rub off on towels, but it washes straight out in a normal wash....unfortunately because there was no where else to sit my hair touched the pillow and towel while slightly damp...(I did not wash my hair there, just shower damp at the ends). But within an hour of leaving the photos arrived telling me I would be billed for the 'damage'. I replied that washing the towels will remove any colour (which it does) and didn't hear any more from them, but the immediate jump to being able to claim more money was disturbing. I would be concerned if I were to accidently break a cup or make any accidental real damage here.

Television is basic free to view, no Foxtel, Netflix or any other channel to watch. Wifi is the slowest I have encountered for years so watching you tube is painful, sending/receiving emails was difficult. Anyone moving around at Night or early in the morning, Showering or using the Toilet can be heard clearly. Breakfast is basic. It is not a quiet suburban area.

All we like but too much security to get in when tired is no easy..

We arrived very exhausted need to get in hurry otherwise fast out driving long way..and no rest..we are elderly couple..just looking the nearest hotel and this bed and breakfast are the closest so we book in..find out is car parking open area and the door need code to get in..OMG almost cry ..but the owner help and very relief after that..thanks so much..we sleep well go home early next morning.
