Sand everywhere. In the bed. On the floor. In the spare blanket in the cupboard. While the room wasn't bad, the unvacuumed state was annoying.

I loved the outdated decor. The vibrant colour of the kitchen took me back 30 years.

Bed- doona perhaps instead of blankets that seemed old ! Perhaps provide a beach towel each for our stay . Kitchen and room as well as bathroom need a good upgrade - broken tiles on kitchen floor, mould in shower area & kitchen area around the sink toilet not working, dusty fan , old yellow curtains . We stayed in room 29.

Limited kitchen items, most needed washing before we could use them. It's a bit tired, could do with a spruce up.

It's very close to shops, beach, cafes. Quiet. Comfy bed. Great that you can do your own washing.

I'm sorry, the shower was not good - cycled from burningly hot to freezing cold with no in-between. Cockroaches (little ones) greeted me in the kitchen and bathroom. The dryer needs cleaning. The couch was not comfortable.

Location was fantastic for us - close to Broadbeach Bowling Club and lots of restaurants were a short stroll away. Bed was very comfy. There was a fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer On-site parking was great.

Bed was not comfy, sofa was not comfy, bathroom/laundry needs ventilation (using the dryer caused the room to be soaked from top to bottom).

Excellent location, just meters from the beach and Oasis Shopping Centre with lots of venues for lunch, diner or just coffee. The apartment was outdated but very clean.

Very small room, screen door wire was damaged(cut) - I reported this to management. It looked like someone had tried to get in from outside. I was not comfortable with glass door open at night, which meant I could not have any air in the room during the night. Two flimsy chairs, no lounge chair to use. If I stayed in future I would seek a bigger space.

Quiet, good views of sunset. Clean outdoor area with table and chairs.

- Fridge needs replacing ( picture ) - Microwave needs replacing - Cutlery and dishes, a few more could be used. - You'll see a few resident roaches now and again - A few maintenance issues, shower heads ( picture ) tracks on outdoor sliding door, unbalanced washing machine, some screws and hinges need tightening.

- Location is really very good, 2 minute walk to the heart of broadbeach, close to the casino, close to the beach and close enough to Surfers paradise - The rooms provide you enough comfort for your evening stay after a big day out and are clean enough not to feel uncomfortable, beds are comfy but not super high quality. All the creature comforts you need.

the room was pretty dirty, dirt/sand on parts of the floor, the shower and washing machine were visibly dirty, a fair bit of dust. the pool and bbq area was well maintained

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The room looked like it had not been cleaned properly in a long time. Food still in freezer from previous guests along with a few left over belongings and items in the room, dirty dishes in the cupboard, towels from previous guests still in bathroom stuffed in the cupboard under the sink, no mattress or pillow protectors on the bed, pillows stained and old as was the only mattress protector supplied on the sofa bed, only one small blanket supplied for 4 guests utilising the double bed and sofa bed. Very dusty. Rooms could do with a bit of TLC and updating.

The location was great. Front desk staff was helpful and nice. Very affordable and family friendly. Property had all basic amenities needed. Pool and spa were lovely and quiet. Secure parking including at no additional cost. Apartment was basic but fulfilled our needs. Would consider staying again but housekeeping definitely needs improving.

Apart from the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils it was clean

When we arrived we were told room would be ready in 30 mins but as the establishment has a 2pm check in it wasn’t until well after that that we finally got our room with reception continually telling us that it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we got in some of the cooking utensils were absolutely filthy and not cleaned

The bench behind kitchen sink has rotted out so did not look appealing or clean. Broken tiles on kitchen floor need fixing. Visually, kitchen and floor let the place down. A wire poking out of one dining chair was uncomfy. Extra rubbish bags for bins required. Very mixed crockery and cutlery. Other than that, appartment was cosy our stay was very enjoyable.

The location was fantastic. Central to shops and great cafes/restaurants. Easy for uber pick ups and friends to find. Our appartment was cosy and comfortable. Patio space was great.

The mattress could be better and the dryer in the room barley worked, the microwave didn’t work, and the stairwell could be cleaner/ better lighting

Only thing was the air con was a wee bit tired, but we didn't really need it anyway so wasn't a problem

Our unit was a little dated but still tidy and had everything we needed. A comfy bed, great shower, washing machine and dryer. Very handy to shops and food places as well as the beach. We were able to leave our baggage before and after check in times. Great pool and spa. Plenty of room in the unit
