The apartment on the 15th floor had the views I requested and the cleanliness and location to Surfers was excellent. The Gym and pool facilities were great, and the free underground car parking a bonus.

carpet in lounge was quite threadbare.

Due to traffic we missed reception but the cleaner alerted the night manager and keys were handed over. Spacious apartment with lovely comfy bed, couch, well equiped small kitchen and balcony. close to beach and tram stop.

Booked 10 months in advance and got a room with a sea view which it had. We were on the back side of the complex and got no sun at all. Tried to update to a warmer unit but that didn’t happen. The unit was dated and not very clean (cockroach’s). Oven grill didn’t work. Extractor lights didn’t work. Toilet was dirty. Outside doors very hard to open. No hot water 1 night.

The Lifts only 2 but when you press to go ground level you go all the way to the top before it comes down to ground level.

Perfect Location Nice and quiet area just 2mins into the main strip of Surfers Paradise and 2mins from Broadbeach. Pool and Suna Area was very nice

To add comforts, the apartment could do with updated kitchen appliance's and a coffee machine.

The room we booked was exactly as pictured, there was no disappointment. The apartment was clean and spacious and the views spectacular. It was so easy to get around, close to walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise and with the rail line stop a block away the whole Gold Coast was at our finger tips - no car required. Artique exceeded our expectations 🧡

Extra bathroom supplies like soaps would have been nice The main bathroom sliding door would get stuck and a bit hard to open at times The TV remote played up occasionally making it hard to view anything when we were indoors A few more blankets would be nice for winter

The location is very accessible Very nice ocean and city views Furniture & beds was comfortable Appliances and dishes available and in working order It was nice to be able to have 2 keys to the hotel since we were a couple of friends We really enjoyed the gym,pool,jacuzzi and sauna

There were some little ants in the kitchen so was worried about leaving our medications on the bench

Pool could be warmer

Great location, out of surfers enough to avoid noise and congestion but close enough to walk and enjoy what it has to offer. Amenities were outstanding, large pool + sauna and steam room are excellent.

There was dust on the ceiling at one of the room. no circulation in the shower + toilet room and no locks. I felt the lounge kitchen were a bit smaller than that I expected. (It was well renovated.)

Location is good for events at Olympic sports and leisure centres by a car in July. It was convenient to go everywhere in Surfers. The balcony was big and it was a good city view. The price for 2 beds rooms was quite reasonable if you compare with other places.

Bathroom was a clean but a bit tired. Stepping into the bath for a shower is tricky for those with mobility challenges.
