Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing, good for long or short stays.
We were very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, ease of checking in/out, and communication throughout. It had everything we needed and close to anything else we could want. The reception office was not staffed, but it was not required as they kept in contact and gave good instructions as to what to do. We will definitely consider them for future visits.

The only thing we didn’t like was all the lights that stay on outside throughout the night, because there was no curtains in the bedroom a lot of light came through the blinds into the bedroom which resulted in us having a bad nights rest.
We liked a lot about the property, good location, good sized apartment and was clean and tidy.

The apartment was spacious for a one bed room apartment with all the facilities.
The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you could hope for. Having a washing machine and clothes line was a bonus.

There was only one Aircon for the whole house which was quite weird. And this created problem for everyone. And there was no dryer to dry clothes during bad weather condition. The good thing is that there were enough portable Fan.
I liked the facility, location and the cleanliness. There was enough space to accommodate 7 people and spend time. Everything was working well and also there was a back lawn area for BBQ which was quite good.

Really nice apartment: clean, near town, free parking, washing machine, BBQ and "garden" access... It was just what we needed for a few days in Espérance.

the shower recess was in need of repair, the corners and grout were very dirty. The washing machine was very close to the toilet which made it difficult for people with long legs to sit comfortably. Felt the price was a little over the top however it seems the prices are always high in holiday locations.
Overall the unit was comfortable, excellent location.

A little noisy in the morning with traffic
Great location for us traveling by car, the place was clean and tidy, and generally well presented, it also felt nice not to be in a hotel room and more a home.

There was a strong odour when entering the property Not sure if it had something to do with what was cooked in the unit before us but was very over powering If there was staff or someone in the office I would of asked for another room

Nothing really.
A purpose built apartment with all the facilities for a long or short stay. The town is a short car ride away but there is an excellent Fish and Chip restaurant about 200 yds up the road from the entrance if you want to eat out but not drive. Vehicle parking is right outside of the apartment with your own allocated spot.

A nice layout, but needs some TLC. Bedding and linen was good. Apartment supplies were good. A deep clean would be a good idea. Could not go barefoot in the unit, carpet in desperate need of a cleaning. Swimming pool indicated it was closed for refurbishing, but appeared to be functioning fine. The pool was one amenity that had us choose this property.

Hope to install air conditioning in all rooms, it's a bit too hot in summer
