Beautiful quiet spot, family had a great time. I appreciated having a shed to lock up my bike. A couple of the fry pans were a bit dirty when we went to use them, but this is the fault of the previous guests not cleaning properly.

The bathroom sink drained a little slowly, but that was really no problem at all, just something of note that some maintenance maybe required to that particular sink

We loved the peace and quiet of apartment 17, it was away from the main check in area and incredibly relaxing. The apartment contained everything I needed to prepare and cook meals, do washing and dry it as well, beds were super comfortable and the electric blankets were welcomed on the two coldest nights of our stay. Spare blankets were nice and big and easy to find. I will and have already recommended this venue to friends and family! This was an excellent base for us to explore the local area, moderate walking distance to the centre of town, but a very easy walk for those who choose too adventure on foot. The ducks on the pond with their babies were great for early morning photography, rabbits of an evening and numerous birds visiting during the day, big windows look out over the gardens and paddock to the road and you really do feel away from everyone. The lady at check in was brilliant with her recommendations for places to eat, catering for a gluten intolerant child is always a little nerve racking, and the venues we tried all had an excellent selection of GF foods, including the bakery! Golden Heritage Apartments definitely made our 6 nights in Beechworth all the more memorable by providing us with a cozy comfortable home away from home. All very functional but fixed furnishings a little dated. Very awkward to manoeuvre key to unlock glass sliding door into cabin.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location that allowed us to walk into town for dinner. A carport was provided for a vehicle.

Nothing really that we disliked. The only minor thing was the distance from town. But if you're up for a walk it's achievable. If not, just a short drive.

Very peaceful with all the facilities we needed. It was a cold day on arrival so it was nice to be greeted with the heater on plus a stunning magnolia tree in full bloom in front of the apartment. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Lovely clean cabin with plenty of room for our multiple day stay. Comfortable bed. Great to have a few incidental items provided like salt,pepper,sauce,oil,foil and food wraps etc. Full kitchen and laundry was great. peaceful location with a lovely garden and view. Staff more than accommodating and even thought to leave air con on so room was lovely and warm on our evening arrival. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A whole 2 bedroom cottage to ourselves with a full kitchen in a nice location over looking a lovely garden. Also undercover parking which was a real bonus.
