Beautiful place, close to town & very central

The room was quite small. Good for a bedroom but it also included a kitchenette bench and a small table. The kitchenette was basically a bench with a bar fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster only. Washing up had to be done in the bathroom sink - not very hygenic and space was difficult. No drying rack. Also no view except a few palm trees with the car park beyond.

The room was beautifully styled - classic whites and creams - elegant beachy I would call it. Lovely linen and very clean. Good toiletries provided. Parking right outside. Easy walk to the beach and the shops. Handy location to everywhere.

Bathroom Window: While the window is fitted with obscured glass, additional privacy is needed given the bathroom faces the parking lot in a public venue. When both the exterior and interior lights are on, visibility through the glass becomes a concern. Installing a blind would be appreciated to ensure adequate privacy.

Put simply!, Value for money was exceptional. The owner goes the extra mile on little touches of quality that make a real difference. Felt more like home than a booked accommodation. Loved the bed & linen (didn't need to grab my pillow from the car...lol - which I usually do). Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone considering a stop over in Agnes Water.

It was very clean and cosy and the bed was so comfortable. Ginny gave very clear instructions to find the villa and get the key. All very easy.

A lovely room a short walk from an incredible beach and a short drive to historic 1770. The room was really well presented although a little on the small side. Check in was very straightforward with clear joining instructions. All in all an enjoyable couple of days.

Nothing absolutely perfect for what we wanted.

Great little property to stay in, beautiful spacious room that was so comfortable. We stayed in the room most of our trip because it was so cosy. Room was immaculate clean honestly one of the cleanest rooms we have booked before, little chocolate treats left aswell was so lovely. The room had everything from a jug, toaster all cutlery, so many bathroom products aswell! Shower was so good and comfortable bed! We loved the location next to a restaurant we could easily walk up to and a quick drive or walk to the main beach and shops. Ginny was so kind and helpful during check in and letting us in early with a quick phone call, we had no issues during our stay so didn’t require phoning Ginny but from our first phone interaction I know that nothing would be an issue if I did need to phone her. We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing we could complain about really is that the air conditioner wasn’t working properly but otherwise nothing.

Shame walk to beach closed..freezer needed defrosting also need ice cube tray for our drinks ..hearing the man room next to us snore all night but otherwise very good not sure about sheets prefer cotton made me very hot

The room is small but beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable and we loved the linen sheets. There is a beautiful pool to use and access to the beach. The beach access was unfortunately closed for maintenance while we were there. Ginny was great to deal with and provided easy check in. Perfect for a short stay.

Was a tad noisy when the restaurant down the road had live music, however ended at an appropriate time. Room could be seen as a tad on the small side for the price.

Very clean. Modern fittings and fixtures. Bed was comfortable and a lot of thought and care was put into the design. Clear instructions on location and codes etc. Was unfortunate the beach access was closed at the time. good central location only a couple mins drive from main shops or short walk.

Great location. Apartment was small but tastefully decorated and had everything needed. Complex had lovely pool and short walk to beach and shops. Restaurant onsite was good. Good for 1-2 night stay.
