The kitchen was user friendly. Everything was clean even though old. Felt safe with the locked gate. Close walk to town centre. Bed ok. Fridge in room was handy.

The bathroom is very clean and tidy but its a bit of a distance from the house

Bathroom is a bit of a distance from the rooms. Sometimes it takes a bit of a walk and sometimes there are some constrains when it rains. Its will be daunting to get there as one may wish. Other than that i pleased with the location and tidiness of the accommodation.

At times the shared facilities were a bit untidy. More to do with fellow guests than the facility.

Staff were very helpful and prompt to respond to any queries. The rooms were tidy and clean. For the price it was very good value for money.

Struggled due to lack of staffing, I couldn’t figure out where to store my bags and check in was complicated. Lack of staff also results in rowdy guests, I had a fellow guest state their shoes had been stolen by another.

Warm heater, comfy space after hiking. Easy walk into town.

About a 10–15 min walk from the Greyhound stop and shops. Clean, basic room with a fridge. Well-equipped kitchen and shared bathroom, though not always left clean by other guests. Laundry and dryer reasonably priced, plus iron and board available. Towels provided at no extra cost. Photos are somewhat accurate, maybe a bit more polished than reality. Reception not staffed, but quick replies via WhatsApp. I was also able to store my luggage during a camping trip at no extra cost. Felt comfortable as a solo traveler.

Didn’t use the kitchen much but when I did I found it very untidy with dirty dishes everywhere.

My room was clean. Toilet and showers were kept clean by the guests. Nice peaceful hostel.

No staff on site, its all automated, but when i needed to contact them, it was no trouble only thing to criticism was all the surfaces in the kitchen needed a deep clean and the ventilation could do with upgrading, it got really hot when you were in there cooking 🥵

Kitchen a bit short on some items so if you plan to cook it might be an issue. No complimentary coffee, sugar or salt.

Not a 'party' hostel. Just normal people looking for clean and comfortable accommodation in a decent location. Tv room has good size tv with all the main services (except Disney 😭)

Didn’t see anyone of the staff but it was possible to call them.

It was a quiet place, good facilities, and good for one night. Close to a grocery store and pretty close to restaurants also.

Everything was fine on most part. There wasn't anything I didn't like. The location was good too.

I liked that there were enough rooms for my family. It was very comfortable and parking space was just enough for us too. It was a great place for 1 night. I would stay here again.

Price was very affordable. Nice set up for Hostel for backpackers place and EVERYTHING was there such as swimming pool & laundry and swimming pool. Every room and TV room has air conditioning for very hot weather in Alice Springs for such low budget accommodation is very GOOD. CLEANER even offer me a bottle of water.
