Paul was an exceptional host. Breakfasts were amazing. Very laid back and relaxing Great fun interacting with the Magpies, Butcher Birds and Kookaburras which could be hand fed, totally made my stay fabulous! Just be aware at breakfast to guard your toast from one exceptionally cute and very quick Kookaburra!

A wonderfully relaxed welcome on arrival. Magnificent views, beautiful property, comfortable and welcoming and immaculately clean. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool at the end of the day. Breakfast was perfect, presented and cooked beautifully, served on the patio with the kookaburra’s looking on.

I couldn’t fault anything, it was perfect!

We loved everything! The view was spectacular, especially for sunset & sunrise and overlooking the hinterlands. The room had lots of privacy and was very cosy. We had a wonderful breakfast cooked for us whilst enjoying a visit from the birds.

I would have liked to stay longer, but our schedule didn't allow it.

Excellent communication and is a friendly host. Lovely space and views. Large breakfast while entertained by the local birds. Stocked with everything you might need or want for a few nights away. Quiet spot away from the crowds and traffic, yet a short drive from the hinterland hotspots. Alexandria is a shared home space, however there is amazing privacy, discretion and freedom of movement. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Nothing to dislike - it was great!

Our host Paul was amazing and accommodating, we couldn’t have asked for a better reception or feel more welcomed. We loved together location, the room and of course the breakfast was exceptional! We also got to get up close and personal with the kookaburras, magpies and the lovely tame butcher bird we named TBone. Fabulous stay and we plan on returning!

Although the room was clean, beautifully laid out and well presented. The unfortunate setup didn’t really allow adequate privacy if/ when other guest walked past. Also, hearing room noise from above and water facilities etc. Overall, minor distractions from a great location and absolute awesome host. My partner and I will most likely try the other room when we stay next ;)

The weather was cold and windy, if the spa was heated it would have been an awesome spot to relax.

Paul was a great host. He made me a coffee on arrival and gave some good suggestions for dining out. The hot breakfast that he whipped up was sensational!!
