location and friendly staffas expected

Location. Clean. Views. Quiet. Bed was comfortable. 2 other family members stayed here at the same time. Their apartments were lovely. (Ours was disappointing). The rooftop private area had great views and was large. Again it was very clean. All the outdoor furniture both upstairs and on the balcony were clean. Spa was in working order and clean. The managers were helpful and friendly. The building itself is beautifully maintained and spotless.

Disappointing for a top floor apartment. The apartment was very tired. Not maintained. Hot water was unreliable. Fire doors were not sealed so when the neighbours were burning their food our apartment and the hallway copped the overflow of smell which was not an isolated incident. The apartment was top floor facing the ocean but was badly in need of paint and repairs. Disappointing that the owners have let it go.

We liked the apartment, the balcony and the pool and spa. Bbq facilities week also good. parking and other facilities were also very good. Management was excellent and very helpful. Only criticism was our apartment was a little dated. But it did not cost the earth either👍

Guess update the apartment

Aegean apartments are in a great location 2 minute walk from the beach. The facilities are fabulous with the pool, spa and bbq facing the sun all day. The managers are very friendly and nothing was a problem. I would definitely recommend staying at Aegean and we would happily come back for another chilled out stay In Mooloolaba Thank you Jacqui and Paul

The beds were just too soft for me

excellent location, so many places to eat right at your doorstep. Beach is a 2 minute walk

rooms need blinds updating as it is very light in the bedrooms even in the middle of the night

The couches were comfortable. We appreciated Netflix.

The shower over the bath. Cleanliness especially in the laundry area. A front loader washing machine would have fitted better under the dryer. Decor was very dated and knocked around. A lot of it made the unit more cluttered and was not needed. Many of the things in the kitchen area were up too high to reach. No storage for our food in the kitchen also. Handle on the oven control over heats and was far too hot to touch.

Apartment was nice and spacious, excellent location for activities and plenty of food places around.

Bathroom was a little outdated and had to be careful when stepping out of quite a deep bath

A bit noisy

We appreciated having a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor that had direct access to the pool and BBQ area which was great during our stay in a quiet period (which may be an issue for some guests at busier periods when lots of other hotel guests are using the heated pool/spa and BBQ). Host Paul was very friendly and helpful and attentive to our needs during our 6 day stay. Having a designated carpark in a locked garage was great and the facilities were clean and spacious for our family.

There were no blinds in the bathroom to stop the light coming in during the night through the diffused glass brick wall into the main bedroom, so an eye patch is required if darkness is required for sleeping. Bedroom 2 was OK.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, it’s location is fantastic and there’s great parking and security for a solo traveller

It’s certainly aging but I understand my room was due for renovations just after I left

Road traffic noise terrible from 3.00 am on Very tired broken shutters useless Tv (Samsung) could not get any volume .Tv in bedroom good Hicence Bathroom so tiny and cramped
